My home is 70 years old and I had a bathroom sink not draining. Aaron from Champion plumbing was friendly and helpful resolving my issue. The cost was lower than I expected. I did have water damage and Aaron from Champion plumbing pointed me in the right direction to resolving my damage issue. I would definitely recommend Champion.

Champion Plumbing and Rooter did an outstanding job. They were on time, explained everything in detail and completed the job quickly.
Drew was very helpful and made sure the job was done right the first time. Highly recommended.

Very timely service even on Sunday. Called and Andrew showed up and gave me options to fix my problem. I let him know I had to discuss with my wife and called on Tuesday and he came back that day and fixes my problem. Andrew besides being an excellent plumber is a very likeable and professional. These guys are not only fast ( I had to have a hole dug in my kitchen because of pipe) I never thought the repairs would work (old house) let alone be so fast, and tidy. Truth is, I always switched plumbers due to bad experiences, finally I have a plumbing company that actually helps you and does the job. As a woman dealing with contractors you normally figure they are going to BS you - not these guys they actually help you. And go out of their way to get the job done affordably. I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation easy

Andrew did a great job working with the other team who had to evacuate the water. He also talked with my adjuster and gave me the pieces that caused the problem. He really took the time to help me and my family with our water problems. It didn't take him long to fix the problem once it was figured out what was wrong. He did a great job explaining to us what had happened. I will choose Champion plumming for all my plumming needs in the future and if lucky will get Andrew again.

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.

Justin was by far the best plumber I've ever had!!! He paid attention to details other plumbers ignored and didn't charge me extra. I will always request him in the future.

David came and unclogged our drain for a more than reasonable price. Asked him about changing out a coupling at the water meter and found the city is responsible after the city claimed it was our duty. I will be keeping champions number in my phone for future needs!!!

FYI to customers, if the city tells you it's "your side" get a second opinion we almost spent $500 we didn't need to

Champion sent Andrew to look at a plumbing issue for us. He found a large problem -- pipe under ground had broken. He had his supervisor come over to check it out as well. Jason and Andrew showed me, via their pipe camera, that the pipe had indeed failed. My house is 60 years old , so repairs were not a complete surprise...but never easy to hear.
Andrew had to dig, dig, dig! He worked diligently to fix the problem.
Andrew did an excellent job of accessing the situation, thinking of the game plan, and implementing it with success.

Andrew came to our rescue about midnight last night after our sink sprouted a geiser and the shut off valves didn't work. He got water back to the rest of the house and got us temporarily shut off at that one sink until today when supply stores opened. The pricing was reasonable and Andrew was awesome...very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and call again.

SEEK A SECOND PLUMBER IF THEY CAN'T UNCLOG YOUR DRAIN...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!
Their technician was unable to unclog a drain and proposed jackhammering though my nearly new tile floor to reach the clog for $3280. Technician told me "they didn't have a camera on the truck" to confirm.
Another plumber was able to unclog and camera the drain and save me $2700 of unnecessary expense. Proceed carefully with this company!

Vicente was on time and friendly. He was knowledgeable on the project and answered all of our questions. He did a great job and left the work area clean. He is a professional and it was a pleasure having him in our home. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Always get a second opinion! Called Champion to clean out my sewer drain, they said it was cracked and I needed to replace the full line. I called another Plumbing Company also 5 star rated and they came out and discovered that the sewer line wasn't my problem. Had the problem fixed for less than half what Champion quoted me. I am giving them 1 star because they were quick to respond and the young man they sent out the 1st time was very nice.

Service Tech. Vicente Fernandez & his crew was very quick to diagnose the plumbing issue, they are very professional and clean with their equipment, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before leaving I highly recommended Champions Plumbing & Rooter !

I dealt with them yesterday after I tried another company that could not solve the problem of the main sewers in my house, but Fernando and Tyler did their work very professionally and was able to clean the main drain in an impressive manner and today their official came to me and continued their work through the camera and I saw it is very clean and their prices are suitable and cheaper than other companies I am I thank him very much for perfecting their work and dealing with me. I called Champion Plumbing and Rooter when my shower drain got clogged in the morning. They sent out a service technician named David. He was very nice and professional. He had the drain unclogged quickly and recommended having it cleaned further when I had more time. I would definitely recommend Champion Plumbing and Rooter to anyone needing a plumber.

These guys are phenomenal. They replumbed our whole house at an affordable rate and didn't fight us on the camera Inspection. Others wanted to charge us extra just time do the inspection and give us a proper quote.

Lewis and Jason kept me updated the whole time and communicated changes and options as to what was most affordable and/or easier.
I would refer them over and over!
