Andrew came to my place tonight to unclog a sewer line. Gave me all kinds of good advice, contacted another team to come out to do a clean up and check the water damage from the back up into my house. Nicest guy in the world! Polite, professional and pleasant. I would recommend Champion to anyone. Oh....and the prices are great!

I am so pleased with the crew that worked at my house. They worked late hours even after dark to repair the sewer line. They are professional, courteous and friendly. I did some research and found the price to be fair for our area. They returned at a later date to replace the water line to the refrigerator ice maker. I highly recommend this company!

I found Champion thru a Hone Advisor referral service and I’m so glad I hired them! I’ve been having stoppages in my kitchen sink for over a month. After getting a quote from the company I’d been dealing with (Sunny Plumbing) of $900, I decided to shop around. The plumber that came out today did a hydro-jetting down the kitchen line to clear the blockage. He was very professional, courteous, and best of all did NOT try to sell on additional services.

I would use Champion again in a heartbeat!

During the course of a week I had several workers from Champion in my home to fix a major plumbing issue. Here is why I am giving them 5 stars:

I had a clogged garbage disposal over the holiday & tried everything but couldn't get it to drain. Then yesterday afternoon I called Champion Plumbing!! The owner answered the phone and immediately I felt at ease...like my problem would be taken care of. Even though late in the day, he said someone could probably be there that day!

Less than 15 minutes later I received a call from the repairman who said he was finishing a job, but would arrive around 5pm...but before 4:30 he was at my home!! He was very polite, respectful & knowledgeable. Shortly thereafter my sink & disposal were in perfect condition once again!!

He offered to help me put all items back under the sink, left no mess for me to clean & took my clogged garbage with him!! 😄😄

I was charged exactly as quoted too!! What more could I have wanted to be happy you ask?? Absolutely NOTHING!! They were fabulous!! Thanks again Champion!!

Service tech Vicente, Was very professional of what he does. And on time, and has really good skills. I would definitely recommend Vicente to anyone that needs plumbing issues. I had a sewer back up in the laundry room sink and Champion scheduled Andrew China to come out same day. He was polite and friendly and explained all my options. He was able to perform the job quickly and also gave great information on the situation.

Andrew was great. I called Champion Plumbing for a second opinion after I got a $12,000 quote from another unethical plumbing company. while I still needed a significant repair it is a fraction of the cost of the other company and a lot less destruction of my personal property. He made sure he explained everything so I understood the problem and suggested repair. Glad I got the second opinion.

We had a major plumbing problem: the sewer line was not draining properly and had to be replaced requiring 25 feet of trenching. Jeff responded to my request very promptly. Champion Plumbing's bid was very detailed and the cost was reasonable. Andrew got the work done quickly and professionally.

Shout out to Vicente for showing up on time and being able to fix my garbage disposal issue that no one else was able to get done your company was my lucky Cham 3rd company I called!! Works amazing no longer clogged and drains perfect after him finding the issue and getting the job quick and professional!! Just explaining what the issue was he knew exactly how to fix it in a timely matter, I was shook with his knowledge and how no one else was able to fix this!! Give this man a raise

We hired Champion plumbing to replace our cast iron waste lines using trenchless pipe bursting. We were enticed by the low price and thus assumed the service would be poor. After the first day all but one guy got assigned to other jobs leaving one (sometimes two) employee’s to do all of the work. Obviously burnt out, the guys took twice as long as the initial estimate to finish the job. The lead plumber on this job was rarely seen, difficult to get ahold of and wasn’t prompt when needed. Overall, the job got done and we likely saved money. If you’re one that cares about a smooth experience I’d say look elsewhere but if you’re cheap and willing to put up with a few inconveniences I’d say give them a shot.

From quality to aesthetics to cleanliness, Vicente went above and beyond. Him and his crew came in to fix a cracked sewer line and some old messy copper lines that went to my water heater. They knew I was worried about my floor but they fixed everything with extremely minimal damage and maximum cleanliness. Complete dust control which I was very worried about due to my allergies. My messy copper lines are now tightly fitted to my wall and look very nice compared to the chaos I had to look at before. Vicente and his crew go above and beyond to bring the best quality and service. 10 thumbs up from me and my entire family:)

I had a hose bib start leaking, and then found out my house's water shutoff valve did not operate fully when trying to slow the leak. I called Champion and they came out in a hurry to find my leak, replace the leaking hose bib, replace my water shutoff valve with a higher-reliability quarter-turn valve instead of the needle-valve it had, and also recommended and installed a whole-house pressure regulator to prevent future damage caused by the more frequent and severe pressure spikes that have been coming from the municipal water supply in Gilbert lately. They showed up fast, and on-time, were extremely courteous and completed a great-looking repair/upgrade all for about the same cost as other companies wanted just to come out and take a look "in a couple weeks when we can find someone with free time in your area". Absolute A++ for Champion's customer service and workmanship on this job!

We had an unexpected mystery leak and Champion plumbing came to the rescue! They fixed the leak which was very extensive and improved some other aging plumbing on our property- all in one day. Everything was done in a quick and professional manner. They were great to work with. Shout out to Andrew, especially, for his service!

Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. Not to mention he cleaned up after him and it looked better than it did before! I would recommend Vicente for sure to anyone! I will definitely be calling these guys again! One of the best plumbing experiences I ever had! This company has a Great worker and I hope they realize that!

Vicente was able to fix the leak that I had in my bathroom toilet, he was super delicate with everything around, and super communicative on everything that he had to do In there. If he left for a part he let me know. Super friendly, got the fix in a timely manner. Cleaned up after himself too! Never had a better plumbing experience. Thank you champion plumbing for sending your employee, so professional so helpful. Would highly recommend again.

Champion Plumbing replaced our entire pipes (from the old orangeburg to new) - we waited to post a review to give the full scoop and happy to say, we have had no issues at all - everything runs so smoothly!

Additionally, they helped connect an old gas line so we could use a gas stove and offered a MUCH better price than the other big company plumbers we got quotes from.

We gave five stars because we prioritize the quality of the work done over promptness. Occasionally, the crew was late or it was difficult to get a response on a tedious issue (separate project details needed for permit), but EVERY time they delivered solid work and resolved the issues.

We appreciate having a company that we can trust with the more foundational projects of the home, because, let's be honest, no one wants backed up pipes 🤢
