Pruitt's Plumbing was very responsive for our backed up kitchen drain. I originally had a service appointment a few days away, but the problem became worse and with their 24/7 emergency response they were out within a few hours of my call!

The service technician, Anthony Gagnon, was very efficient, hard-working, kind and transparent about cost, worked needed, and the problem. He is a great representative for this company! The anchor bolts connecting our toilet to the floor came loose causing the toilet to rock. Anthony, assisted with Brian, provided excellent repair having to do some major work with the floor flange. Their work, as always, is professional and excellent. We highly recommend Pruitt's Plumbing for any plumbing need you encounter.

What started as a clogged drain turned into a leaking drainage pipe behind the wall in my kitchen sink (connected to bathroom). Pruitt’s was sent out by the warranty company and Mike was very profesional and very helpful in explaining what could be going on. When I opened up the wall and found the leak myself they sent out a new technician (Marco) and I must say he was incredible. He walked in seen what needed to be done and just got to work, he cutout the old pipe and replaced everything in under an hour. Although we talked about the worst case scenario upfront it didn’t come to that. I’m usually very cautious with larger AC/plumbing company’s because of the “upsell”, but I never felt pressured into spending money I didn’t need too. I’d recommend.

My HWH went out on a Sunday, Jared answered the call and told me what to do until he could get here. On Monday Kevin showed up hauled away the old, worked with my home warranty and then on Wednesday Eric showed up installed my new HWH AND stayed until he was sure there were no issues. I got a text message 10 minutes before they showed up AND a phone call too. The service is excellent. I dont use anyone else even if the warranty company suggests someone else. Very respectable technicians that are personable and knowledgeable.

Appointment timing was off but they had unforeseen issues that day. My disposal had been acting up but wouldn’t you know, when he turned it on it was just fine. 🤦. It went through my home warranty and was $69.00 service call.

Sent out by home warranty company. Previous company Arid filed false claims and caused damage to my house. However, Pruitt's Plumber, Richard, was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work effectively and correctly. Provided extra feedback and recommendations to help with further care of my toilet, pipes and home.

Nothing short of amazing! James was earlier than expected and went beyond what I anticipated. Had a leaky sink, he trouble shorted the issue to my faucet. He replaced my faucet along with all new hoses and fittings. All within 1/2 hour. Highly recommend them.

Giovanni was very kind and respectful. It took a few attempts to figure out what was causing the problem but once the problem was identified he fixed it and even stayed to make sure the drain was working properly

Good honest professionals! I had a leak in my shower and due to the corrosion it wasn't a easy fix. Teamwork gets the work done, they had to get help for my leak and together they were able to resolve my issue. I do IT work and I know how problems appears on the surface level compared to the root and those problems takes time. Thank you for fixing my leak!

Pruitt's Plumbing is the best. They came out to service my hot water heater (which they also installed a few years a go). The unit was making a disturbing humming sound. The technician answered all my questions and made suggestions for ongoing maintenance. He was fast and efficient. A real pro.
