Incompetent and Unreliable!
Old Republic Home Warranty assigned a kitchen sink water leak.
Two weeks have passed and so far I've been lied to about their company awaiting approval for the repair when the request was never submitted.
At this time a completion date cannot be given because they don't know when the part will be in.
Talking with Old Republic I find out that they were informed by the plumber that the job was completed two days ago.

Although there were some delays with correcting the leak issues, the problem was fixed on the same day. The initial technician was a trainee but a senior technician was quickly scheduled, arrived promptly and completed the job. I definitely recommend Pruitt Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Came out under a home warranty call for a simple water heater replacement. They wanted to up charge $935 for “modifications”. Got it done with no modifications for much less than they would have been paid.

No real happy, feel we were way over charged, even with our home warranty. $45.00 worth of parts and 2.5 hour of labor for almost $600.00. When technician left, he said everything was on and good, went to take a shower 2 hours later and no hot water. He didn't turn the breakers on and he also left our water mainline cover off and open to the street. Not happy at all. Again our out of pocket price did not include water heater, that was taken care of by home warranty.

We were blessed with an exceptional installer, Amarina, and her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Removed and installed a gas hot water heater. I’d recommend Pruitt.

Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions with explanations. He did a really good job installing my water heater. Pruitt's is the plumbing company that American Home Shield authorized to do the work. Because of this, I really can't speak to the cost of labor or installation. However, I plan to use Pruitt's for future plumbing jobs that are outside the scope of my home warranty policy.

Angel was the tech who showed up. It was the second time he has provided service. We requested him after the first time. He provided excellent service and was very professional.

I was VERY skeptical when Pruitt was assigned to handle the warranty of our water heater at first. As I looked online, the reviews were terrible. However, if you ask the right questions and communicate properly, most bad experiences can be avoided - which was our case.

I was up front with them about bad reviews and they made it their duty to show me a GOOD experience, which they did. Kudos to them for making it all happen ... Now to the review.

Just finished a few days without a water heater due to some leaks. Called Pruitt and they were out and making things happen very quickly. Especially remarkable it all happened on Good friday over a holiday weekend.

They came out, assessed damage, gave recommendations which at the time was sever water damage. We were able to fix the water damage over the weekend and then have Pruitt (adam miller who was exceptional) come out to install our new water heater.

Bottom line: Great to communicate with, honest and handled the job like a professional. Would easily hire them again.

Had a leaking water heater, so I called my warranty company, and they sent out a representative from Pruitt's plumbing. Not only was the repair covered, but the on-site technician was in and out of there in no time! Outstanding! If I ever have another issue, I'm definitely calling Pruitt's Plumbing. The very next day the office did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the repair.

Excellent and quick repair! She did a wonderful job. I just hope the disposal is good because I put in one six months ago and it already broke. Not the plumbing fault the home Warranty‘s fault.

The tech let me know when he was on the way and very polite and courteous. He came in and assessed the problem and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes. The office was able to accommodate my request for an earlier arrival time and were also very polite and professional. Overall a great experience and excellent customer service.

Rapid response to our water heater issue. It was determined to need a temperature & pressure valve. The repair was made quickly.

Pruitt plumbing is awesome. In the past 4 years my water heater was acting up even had to be replaced. They were able to come in diagnose the problem get the part(s) and get it done. In the process things were being explained. Giovanni was the most recent plumber he was very professional, quick, he explained everything and even told me what too look out fir in the future. Thanks pruitt!

Save yourself a headache and wasted hours by NOT using this company! I have 2 great plumbers I have used for years, but I purchased a home warranty and they are not under contract with them, so I had AHS send out Pruitt to change a faucet in my bathroom. The first guy was nice, but turns out he was brand new and wasted hours of my time. I gave him the new faucet and he tried to install it but said he needed a tool. I directed him to Ace Hdwe., and he came back with a tool, only to say it was the wrong size. I then directed him to Lowe's. He came back, tried to do the install, but could not get the plug/drain stopper to work even, with help on the phone from his boss. After about 4 hours, he tells me he was unable to install my pop-up drain stopper properly, and that it was bent and he straightened it out (key point). Then he went to his truck to find my old one, but then could not find the faucet he had just removed.

I complained to Pruitt, and had them send a senior tech who I had to wait another week for. I was waiting hours, it was way past my arrival window they provided me with, and no communication from their office. I called a couple of times, only to find out that my tech had been diverted to an emergency location. I told him the story of the first guy. He then proceeded to work on the faucet. He said he fixed it, but after he left, I discovered it was again, not properly installed. Even though I pulled the handle up, I had to push the stopper part down with my finger.

Again, I complained to Pruitt. They sent a tech a level lower than the senior experienced tech. Before he arrived, I looked at the instructions from the box of my new faucet. Duh! The drain stopper was supposed to have a bend in it. I let this 3rd guy know that by showing him the instruction sheet. He went to his truck and found one with a bend, and then installed it. It's not perfect, but it is better. Three different days of me waiting around for hours, and waiting for the availability of the technicians. My towels from under the sink were kept in a box for weeks, just waiting for the repair to be done. Pruitt gets a thumbs down from me!

I would not use this company in the future. There have been numerous delays with getting our water heater fixed. We are going on almost 2 weeks of no hot water.
11/2: water heater stops working.
11/3: they send a technitian out to look at our unit and determine one part of the water heater needs to be replaced.
11/4: they return, but realize they ordered the wrong part.
11/6: they call my husband to ask for the serial number and model of the water heater....which means they haven't even ordered the correct part for the past 48 hours after realizing their mistake.
11/12: still no repair done and we have to reach out to them for status updates. meanwhile, our two young children have to either take cold baths or heat up water from our stove for a lukewarm bath. The correct part arrived to the company today, but we aren't on their schedule to replace it until this Friday 11/14.

RIich & David serviced my bathroom sinks. They were fantastic, communication was great, they arrived when scheduled. Pruitt's dispatch kept us updated start to finish. Definitely use again.
