We had a small leak from our tub and we went through our home warranty company, Elevate. Pruitts was assigned our job and came out within 48 hours. John came out and he was amazing! He fixed the issue and was just super nice. Thank you!

Had Pruitt assigned to us through our home warranty. Arimannia was very thorough and explained things to me and my wife. She cleaned up the bathtub after leaving some boot prints in our tub. Not sure if I spelled her name right but she was great. We had some out of pocket cost that wasn’t covered under home warranty but that was reasonably priced.

Gio did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. We especially appreciated that he fit us into his Saturday to get the install done. The work was efficient, clean, and done well. Highly recommend Gio for any plumbing needs!

I would like to personally thank John and Angel, who repaired my sinks today. They were VERY very professional, explained the issues that they found and repaired them in a timely fashion. All the while educating me on prevention maintenance. Today was refreshing! Thank you Pruitt for sending your best. If needed again, I will be requesting them.

Pruitt’s came to us through our home warranty policy and we had a great experience! Gabriel was very professional and helpful. We had a bit of a frustrating job due to an old, corroded faucet, but Gabriel was patient and got everything done. He was thoughtful in warning us before using louder tools so as not to alarm our toddlers. He also made sure to run everything by our warrant company to ensure coverage. A new faucet is installed and there’s no more leaking! We would definitely recommend Pruitt’s and will use them again in the future if needed. Thank you!

The tech Kevin was kind and so helpful and actually went above and beyond to help. Haven't tested the work yet but it looks better and hopefully works perfectly. He got some rust off for me as well without me asking. This guy is a gem of a human🙏🏼 great experience with Pruitt's plumbing

The reason I am rating Pruitt's so low is because of several things. First, when we submitted our repair request to the the warranty company we already knew it was the garbage disposal that was tripping the breaker, so the breaker tripping issue was passed to Pruitt's. We knew this because every time we turned on the garbage disposal it tripped the breaker, but the dishwasher, which was using the same outlet, did not trip the breaker. The technician called me when he was on his way and said he would call me when he diagnosed the problem. At some point during the diagnostic process my wife explained to the technician that the garbage disposal tripped the breaker but the dishwasher did not. Later, I called to see how it was going and he was in his truck about to leave and he told me it is an electrical issue and we needed to call an electrician. He came to this conclusion after he turned on the garbage disposal and the breaker tripped. Then he brought in a new disposal and plugged it and it didn't work. No kidding. The breaker was tripped by the old disposal so the new one obviously wouldn't work either. I told him to take the new one in to the house again and if he can't touch the breaker I would call my wife and have her reset the breaker so he could test the new one. I called my wife and had her reset the breaker and the technician plugged in the new garbage disposal and guess what? Yes, the new one worked. So he installed it. When I came home I was relieved the new one was installed but I experienced another disappointment when I opened the sink cupboards. The lines to the dishwasher and the drain pipe were both in front by the cupboard doors. Why would someone install it like this? Because it was easy. When I installed the disposal several years ago I turned the disposal so those were in the back, out of the way. I may either call Pruitt's back and have them install it the right way or reinstall it myself. I will make the call to Pruitt's and see what type of response I get. If they think this is okay then you can bet I will never recommend Pruitt's to any one.
