Yesterday we woke up to water on floor in garage due to water heater issue (heater was 14yrs old). Called Wyman and Erik was on the case for a 4:30 PM appointment! Erik has done work before on our house - he is top notch! His customer service, knowledge, experience and execution of doing things right is 2nd to none! Erik was very connected communication wise throughout the day and by 7:00 pm the same day we had hot water for showers! Wyman has been our plumbing service for years…best in the business and Erik is truly the total package when it comes to quality of work and customer service in a timely manner! Erik came out to inspect our leaking hot water tank which ended up needing to be replaced as well as diagnosed a bad pressure valve. He had a replacement tank and valve in his truck with him and was able to change them out same day and worked til 8pm until it was done. He was super informative and friendly. Will hire him and Wyman for my future plumbing issues.

We had a water softener go bad and start leaking, so we called Wyman for help. The office staff was wonderful — they got us on the schedule right away, and Anthony arrived promptly with several options to solve the issue. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient as we asked lots of questions, helping us find the best solution for our home.

We've used Wyman many times. Erik is a badass.. replaced water heater, garbage disposal, tough leak repairs, water main shut off, house bib, etc. He's super nice helpful and makes the process easy every time. Very professional, hard worker, just replaced my waterline. It was ridiculously hot outside, but he pushed through it. I felt bad that he had to do it in the summer.

Installed hot water recirculating pump at reasonable cost within quoted price. Dave called 30 minutes before the planned arrival time and showed up on time and did the job efficiently. Dave is personable and I would recommend him.

Dave was the first plumber I’ve ever hired that was knowledgeable, reasonable and honest. He repaired our hot water heater without trying to upsell us on a new one or a service membership. Will definitely recommend him!

Dave, with Somers’ Plumbing, was excellent to work with. We had a small miscommunication about the time but he handled it very well. He got right to work and was very professional showing expertise in his trade. He cleaned up at the end of the day and left the job site as clean as when he arrived. I will definitely use him again.

Dave responded quickly to my service request. Provided an estimate and when the work could be completed. He arrived on time and installed a new water heater. Cleaned up so everything looked great. Great experience.

Amazing customer service and very reliable repairs. My water heater went out on the weekend and he showed up to try and restart but it needed to have warranty parts replaced or purchase a new one. I chose a new one as it was over the holiday weekend and only 1 year left on the warranty. Very happy to have hot water again!
