I purchased a new refrigerator and the water line from the house was not working, so water and ice would not dispense. The delivery people did not know what was causing the problem, so I called Pink based on the excellent reviews. They did not disappoint! Becca, who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and helpful. Brandon, my technician, quickly and accurately identified the problem. He was thorough, efficient, neat and very knowledgeable, as I had other plumbing questions. My refrigerator is working as it should! I would not hesitate to call them again! Thank you!!

I would definitely recommend Pink Plumbing to install your new hot water heater. They provided us with an excellent quote - no need to “haggle”. I got three quotes and one company wanted the numbers Pink gave us so they could “get close”. When I said just give me your best number (I do not share quotes with competitors), they were still significantly more than Pink. So - great job, Pink, with your pricing.

Second, they were able to quickly schedule us and had great communication with us to confirm beforehand and to notify us day of with the tech’s arrival time. On time is usually not the norm these days! I appreciated that!

Third, the tech had all he needed to do the job with knowledge and efficiency. No “going back to the shop” for this or that. The job was completed quickly and the work site was perfectly cleaned up.

Fourth, NO upsale when he was here. I hate when someone comes to the house to do one job and then tries to talk me into doing other work that costs hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Had that unpleasant experience with an electrician lately.

Fifth, when I had a question after the plumber was finished, the owner of Pink himself took my call and answered my questions with knowledge and most importantly, honesty.

Adam from Pink just left and wanted to write a quick review. We had an issue with our water heater which was a little over 4 years old. I called Pink and they were here within hours. After inspecting, they determined that we needed a new unit which was covered under warranty. Adam did an excellent job getting us back up and running and was extremely polite. Appointments are easy to obtain and you want that with plumbing issues. Had Pink Plumbing out twice and problems have been diagnosed and solved quickly. I’m a business owner and Pink Plumbing has my vote 1000 times for not only being honest and ethical but the owner Chris is one of the nicest most sincere and honest guy you will ever come across in the plumbing business. He’s been to my house with his crew numerous times over the years and they’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure my job was done right and done promptly and not just brushed aside because other jobs took priority. Their pricing has always been fair and the job gets done right the first time unlike a lot of these other contractors and plumbers in the valley. They will not only give you an honest opinion and not try to hose you like Biden has hosed us the last 4 years. I give Chris the owner and his crew get 10 stars across the board as he’s never once let me down over the 7 plus years I’ve known him. If you have an insurance claim make sure you tell them you want to use PINK PLUMBING and your job will get done in a week or less and not 6 plus months like some of these other companies who push you to the side and take bigger jobs while your house sits a mess. This review has been long overdue!!

I have used Pink Plumbing twice now. last year I had both my bathroom toilets replaced and I talked with the service technician before he came out and he allowed me to pick out my own toilets and pay for them myself at a hardware store. and then he picked them up and brought them to the house and installed them. and did a very professional job.. second job I had a main line cleared and they came out and cleared the line for me immediately. and didn't charge a lot. so I recommend Pink Plumbing.. and on Yelp they have five stars. I personally think they've given me five stars for both my visits. Thank God we have a Pink Plumbing a family-owned Plumbing Service was honest and does a great job.

From first visit: We are so happy with the service we received and the work we had done today by Lou and Adam at Pink Plumbing! After receiving quotes from two other plumbing companies that we were unhappy with, we were fortunate enough to come across Pink Plumbing during our search for an honest & fair plumber. We received the best price offer from them (without them even knowing the competitor estimates) which was almost 75% less than one of the other companies. Lou was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind and his apprentice Adam was very nice, sharp and knowledgeable as well! They made a great team and fixed our leaking pipe and flushed our water heater in a very efficient and timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. They also tested all our water before leaving to make sure everything was running properly and helped fix an issue on our shower without any charge! We are so blessed to have found a trustworthy, reliable and fair priced plumber which is very rare these days! I really dislike calling plumbers, as I've never had a positive experience. They usually try to upsell unnecessary work or charge excessively for simple repairs. I contacted three plumbers today; two came out before Pink Plumbing arrived. The other companies wanted to charge me over $400 to fix my leaking sink without even properly inspecting it. However, Pink Plumbing came, spent about 20 minutes under my sink, and told me he fixed it without needing any tools—so it was free! I couldn't believe it! In my 15 years as an adult, I've never experienced anything like that. I will NEVER call another plumber again! They have a customer for life!! THANK YOU!!

We called Pink Plumbing hoping to get a second estimate on some plumbing work that had been recommended by the plumber we typically used. The problem was persistent 'gurgling' coming from our kitchen island sink that was getting louder and lasting longer. Our usual plumber said that, to fix this problem, we'd need to cut a hole in the concrete slab, repair a 'belly' in a pipe attached to the sink, and then refill the hole in the concrete slab. This would be a messy, disruptive and very expensive project. So, we called Pink Plumbing, and they were able to get technicians - Omar and Tommy - over to our house to assess the problem that afternoon. When they got to our house, we explained our understanding of the problem. They asked a lot of questions, and then got busy checking the plumbing under the sink and using their cameras to look at the vent and drainpipes. Based on what they saw, they agreed that there was a 'belly' in one of the pipes, but it was very shallow. Instead of breaking through the floor to fix the pipe, they recommended we try a simpler solution first - installing a Studer vent under the sink. Their estimated price was significantly lower than the quote we received from the other plumber. We agreed to go that route, so they quickly drove to a nearby plumbing supply store to get the parts they needed. They were back in about 15 minutes and got started right away installing the new Studer vent. When they finished, we partially filled up the sink with water and then drained it 2 times to see if the gurgle was gone. And voila - it was. Omar and Tommy checked things one more time, and we were done.

Omar and Tommy were really easy and fun to work with. They clearly explained what they would be doing, readily repeating it if we were confused, and worked efficiently to get the work finished. They were also very careful to make sure they didn't get any dirty water from the vent on our newly carpeted floors. It all went very smoothly.

So - I'd say Pink Plumbing will be our new plumber.

I have to tell you how awesome Pink Plumbing is and especially how awesome Lou, Anthony, and Jayson are! We had what we thought was a couple of minor plumbing problems. We saw that Pink Plumbing donated to cancer research. We have a daughter who is a cancer survivor so there was no question who we were going to call. Then we met Jayson, one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He found a couple of problems that we had no idea we had and could have caused big messes down the road. He needed to come back and do some more work. Then something came up and he needed to go out of town and help a family member who was in trouble, that’s how he rolls. So, then we met Lou and his son Anthony, who Lou was training! We couldn't believe that there were two more people, who were just as nice as Jayson, that worked at the same company! While they were working on those problems, Lou found a couple more problems where we had potential disaster waiting to happen. These problems could have caused black mold down the road and could have cost us a whole lot of money had that happened. Our home was built in 1974 so the plumbing is very old! We are so blessed that Lou found what he did and saved us from a lot of future headaches that would have cost us a fortune! Lou was so nice and explained everything in detail. He took pictures and totally treated us like we were his own grandparents, and we are old enough to be his grandparents! He was the perfect combination of thorough, efficient, and just plain old fashion nice as he took care of our problems! When Lou and Anthony were done, both my wife and I felt like, on one hand we hoped we didn't have more plumbing problems, but on the other hand we felt sad at the thought we might not see them again and wanted to somehow stay in touch! So, I can't say enough good about Pink Plumbing and our new friends. Their prices were extremely reasonable, their service is excellent, and they donate to cancer research! They even give a discount if you have a cancer survivor in your family. What better recommendation do you need? Oh, and one more thing, their trucks are awesome! Look them up and see for yourself! The only thing I can add is that I will never go anywhere else for plumbing service!

Jason arrived to my home just after 11am, which is on time with the window I was given over the weekend. Our garbage disposal was jammed and he not only walked me through the process to fix it, but was very informative, kind, and overall a stellar representative of his company. I was quoted various prices for replacements and recommendations in the future. We will absolutely continue to use Pink for our future endeavors. Thank you Jason!

I had a giant problem — Chris came in with a solution that saved my recent remodel. Rerouted all of my drains. Brought in a huge crew who worked so hard all day everyday that it made me tired watching. I’ve never seen a crew work so hard and they worked together like a well oiled machine. Estimated 5 days, finished in 3 and a couple of hours. Each crew member went above and beyond — plus they protected my property and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent communication, consistency, professionalism, punctuality, friendly, respectful, polite. Honestly, after this experience I’d never call anyone except Pink for a plumbing issue.

After receiving multiple quotes for plumbing services on our new home, we decided to use Pink Plumbing and sewer.
Omar came over and explained everything to me in detail. He was very friendly and honest (something the others didn’t do). He explained what would be replaced and why. My husband and I already knew what we needed done ahead of time and I was very impressed at Omar’s professionalism.

I decided to call Pink Plumbing for replacing my anode rod in my water heater as my daughter has raved about the over the top service she has had with Lou. He did many jobs for her in Gilbert and now in Carefree. I was very impressed with his work, very thorough to be sure all faucets were clear after turning on the water after it was turned back on. Both Lou and his partner were very professional and pleasant. He also found that my pressure reducing valve was not working and came back to replace that. I will definitely call and ask for Lou the next time I need plumbing services!

We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.
