I called at 6:30 AM and received an appointment for 2:00. My water heater needed to be replaced. The location of my gas heater is a VERY difficult location to work on. Service tech Adam diagnosed the problem, picked up the new heater, and replaced it. All of which happened on a late Friday afternoon. The only part I am unsure of for my experience is the cost. It seems high, but that is on me.

Top notch customer service from the techs to the owner. Replaced my old water heater efficiently and quickly. They had to improvise and work around some of the oddities in my home, but they made it work.

2024 update
I’ve now worked with Lou, Adam and Tommy for about 4 years. They continue to fix all sort of plumbing issues for me.
We recently purchased a new build and Lou replaced many of the fixtures for us and yearly flushes our tankless water heater.
He’s always on time or communicates with me if he’s running late from another job.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lou and Adam several times. This time, they fixed a leaking bathtub facucet (it’s been leaking for 5 years and everyone told me it was not reparable) for me. I can’t express how much I appreciate all their hard work, professionalism, care, timeliness and skill.

Lou and Anthony were amazing! They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They did a solid job on fixing my stopped up drain and replacing my garbage disposal, and shared their knowledge on how I can protect my plumbing. They went above and beyond and checked my water pressure and a minor job just because they are great people! I can't recommend them enough, just sad I had not discovered them sooner.
It is rare when you feel you can fully trust your repair people to be fair and honest but they are a rare gem! Thank you

Nice people but quote was 3x higher than the next plumber that came out for the same work. Outrageous. My review is about their pricing only. Can't comment on quality of work.

We have used this company twice now, and we have been beyond impressed. First time was an emergency angle stop replacement, and they were able to come out quickly. Second time was a scheduled visit to install a pressure relief valve and replace a couple more angle stops. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out right away. We've worked with Jason, Lou, and Adam, and they were all fantastic. They've been honest and upfront about pricing, recommendations, and estimates. We are so thankful we found such a great company and look forward to using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Lou and Anthony were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had a major leak in a water heater that was 8 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to remove the old unit and install the new water heater quickly and at a great price. They then walked me through some extra care tips that will extend the use of the new water heater beyond the typical lifespan of the unit. I would highly recommend Lou and Anthony and Pink Plumbing in general!

I used Pink Plumbing for a water main replacement. They were very thorough with explaining the process, stuck to quoted price on estimate and were able to make the repair the next day. The crew made the repair promptly and cleaned up the area before leaving. I highly recommend Pink Plumbing for their integrity, reliability and warranty on the work performed. They also used quality products so I’m less likely to have this problem again. Overall great experience!

If you are looking for an amazing and conscientious plumbing company, this is the one to call! Pink Plumbing via Lou and his trainee Aiden were AMAZING today! My garbage disposal blew out Sunday night (Mother's Day). I had only planned to be in Phoenix for two days to help go through the home of my recently passed mother. In addition to the disposal, I had discovered a few other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. I called Pink at 8 am Monday and they immediately scheduled my appt that day for a 2 hr window AND confirmed via BOTH text and email: This is The Way!!! (Another plumber I contacted said they would call, but never did). When Lou and Aiden arrived, they were pleasant, courteous, wore booties to protect my floor, listened intently to my description of the issues, quickly offered options and solutions, quoted me a more than fair estimate for the work, and then eagerly got right to work! The space under the kitchen sink was SPARKLING after they finished the garbage disposal! :) After finishing the original items on my list, they also discovered a leaky valve (that I thought had already been fixed but hadn't) that was soldered copper pipe! But they fixed this item too, very quickly and again for a very reasonable price. These guys were so thoughtful and sharp, I feel like my mom in heaven had a hand in all of this given the probability of the disposal going out on Mom's Day, and over the only 2 days I was in town, and with being able to get all the plumbing items fixed in one day, and by such a WONDERFUL team: Thank you for helping me out Lou, Aiden (my own son's name), and Pink!!! You guys are the BEST!!!

Jason provided excellent service and was also very knowledgeable and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this company again with any future plumbing needs and have recommended them to family and friends. I also like that they advocate for the cancer community and have been using them for quite a few years with great results.

I should have done this a year ago, but sometimes it’s a good idea to wait a year to make sure that the work done was really well done.
I had a sewerline breach and they had to replace the 60s foot section that ran onto the alley.

I talked to five different places before I landed on Pink Plumbing.
Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing.
In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day.
They didn’t leave a mess behind and that was important to me.

Chris was on site to make sure it went well.
There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them.
If I need a plumber again (and I’m sure I will) I’m calling Pink Plumbing.

Diamondback is my go to plumbing company for my household plumbing needs. This morning, I woke to a major leak from my water heater. I called Diamondback and they sent someone out within the hour. Dillan was professional and informative. He replaced my water heater and cleaned up behind himself, leaving my garage better than when he arrived. Whenever I have a plumbing problem, I'll call Diamondback.

Of Diamondback Plumbing & AC, I used the AC portion of the company to have my unit check for winter. Tyree was my AC Tech and I have nothing but praise. From his attitude, appearance and a pro in all ways. He took good care of my property, both rooftop unit and surrounding areas. Upon completion Tyree explained all photos and the outcome of each of his checks and the parameters my unit should meet. My unit was within all. The point being, nothing hidden and all findings good or bad were validated. Good straight forward business! With this being a good example of their good service, I would not hesitate to use should I have a plumbing issue. Would I use Diamondback again? You bet! Thanx Tyree for the good service. Unfortunately, the review I orginally made had to be deleted bc i did give them a 5 star review previously. Techs and service was good, but office staff completely ruined my experience. They are standing by sending me a bill 3 months after service for ×4 the price. An invoice was never agreed on nor presented to me. I was given a verbal quote of $30 to $60. After long discussion with staff and almost coming to agreement, I called back to verify and to finally move forward, unresponsive and no one returned my call. Every time I talk to office staff, I'm rerouted and no one has final decisions or answers. Unprofessional. Trying to cancel my maintenance package, but no one will give me a final decision on that either. Disappointing.

My upstairs unit was not working. It was not going below 83 degrees. Diamondback came out same day and diagnosed it. It was low on refrigerant so he quoted me to add some and to do a leak search. He advised that because the age of my unit it would make more sense to replace it than to do any major repairs. He added the refrigerant and got the system working for now. We will be looking at replacing soon. The technician was very friendly and got us out of a tight spot. I would recommend Diamondback to everyone.

I came to Diamondback after having a problem three other plumbers could not fix. They did not give up and continued to find a solution. Their prices are not the cheapest in town, but they do high quality work. Moreover, I'm not left wasting an entire day for them to show up. I'm given a window, then sent a text and, today, a call when they're on their way. They were actually waiting for me today! In any event, I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I choose to spend a little more, knowing the job is done right.

They were prompt and thorough. Once the tech got back to the office I received an email within a rapid period of time that had a quote and a detailed inspection and service plan. They are actually waiting on us to decide and not us waiting on them.

Had Diamondback come out to get some information on the age of of a water heater. There was no upselling or pressure to install a new unit. The unit was old and it was time to get a new one. I needed to avoid a potential problem of the ‘wait and see’ or the ‘omg my water is leaking’ and it could turn into costly mistake. They were able to do a new unit install day of and kept me informed, they were thorough in the job and most of all they didn’t make a mess while doing the job. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, which includes Zach, Kristin, and plumbers…Ed and Cory. I look forward to referring Diamondback Plumbing to other clients of mine.
