I've had several plumbers try to repair my shower temperature valve. Every plumber that came couldn't fix it right because they were not familiar with a higher end European fixture. Tom was able to determine the issue right away. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

Unfortunately, we had a plumbing issue and the plumber we’ve used for years had retired. So, we did some research and decided to try Maloney Plumbing. The issue we had was we could hear running water under our kitchen sink. But nothing was turned on and there were no visible signs of a leak. It was easy to schedule an appointment and get a technician to our home quickly. The technician quickly said he was not able to determine the cause of our problem and suggested Maloney schedule a leak detection company they work with to come out and investigate. The company came out shortly thereafter. They quickly found the source of the problem and explained it would be a relatively simple fix for the Maloney technician to complete. Unfortunately, they charge and are paid separately from Maloney Plumbing. We expected the Maloney technician to come back later that day, but there was some miscommunication at their end and he ended up coming back the next day. However, for some reason he was not able to do the work. He said he had appointments the rest of the day and he’d have to come back the following week. Well, that was not acceptable as we needed the issue resolved that day. As a new customer, this was not a good way to start. We called Maloney right after he left and, very apologetically, they said they’d send Lupe out right away. Lupe and Anthony arrived within the hour. After talking with Lupe, I think we would have saved time and possibly not needed the additional leak detection effort (and extra cost). Too bad Maloney didn’t send Lupe and Anthony out the first time. Lupe was very engaging and knowledgeable. His primary concern was our satisfaction. I felt very comfortable with him and was confident he would take care of our plumbing issue. Lupe and Anthony went right to work and quickly completed the task at hand. We were very happy with the result. To coin a phrase, Lupe “turned our frown upside down”. It looks like we have our new plumbing company. Next time we need service we will call Maloney and specifically request Lupe and Anthony.

I recently had a phenomenal experience with Maloney Plumbing and in particular, their plumber Lupe. From phone call to finishing touches, the admin and front desk staff got me promptly connected with Lupe after a very large water heater very much failed. In the worst and flooding way. Lupe is talented, friendly and thorough!! I now have two new water heaters (one tankless) installed and couldn't be more grateful to Lupe and Maloney's Plumbing for making it as pleasant an unpleasant event like that can be. Rave review for how well they took care of my needs and exceeded my expectations.

Our water softener was not working. The tech looked at it and said it was outdated and couldn’t get parts so he immediately gave us a sales pitch for a new one as well as pointing out a couple of issues with our hot water heater (and an estimate) that we didn’t ask for. My husband found the manual for the softener and was then able to fix it. I will not be using Maloney Plumbing again.

Thought we had a bigger issue than we did but they came out first thing in the AM when we called! Not the first time we have used them! They are a great company and Tom is awesome!

They came out to give a second opinion on a water heater today, and quoted $7500 to replace it. This included removing the old water heater, buying a new one, and labor for installation. Within an hour of them leaving I found the exact same water heater for sales at Lowe's for $1000 plus tax, meaning they were trying to charge me almost $6500 for installation and labor. Have it ordered and have someone else coming to install it Monday for a couple hundred dollars. Talk about a rip off. Highly suspect this has to do with my house being in a nice neighborhood. Beware if you use this company they will try to rip you off if they think they can.

Kitty and her company were my life savers. I was prepping for a Christmas party that was to occur the next day, and suddenly, as I was standing at my sink, water was coming onto my feet. My garbage disposal had decided to leak. I immediately called Maloney Plumbing, and within an hour, Tom was at my house with a new garbage disposal. I have always found Maloney's to be so accommodating and appreciate all they do for me. Thank you, Kitty and Company.

Needed some work done at my house after in inspection in order to move. The technician that helped us out (Chase) was punctual, and got the work done in a timely manner. 5/5, would definitely use Maloneys in the new house once we move

Had a leaky pipe under our kitchen sink on 10/09. I called Maloney the next day and they were out within 2 hours. They fixed the issue and discovered some other issues that they fixed. Great communication and response time.

Maloney saved the day! Had a water main leak and called early evening expecting to have to leave a message but nope, not only did a live person answer it was the owner of the company I spoke to. A tech came out the next day (Chase) and even the on call night tech (Marlon) came out to finish up. Both these guys were great and the leak was repaired . Great job Maloney, my go to for plumbing issues.

I discovered a leak in my kitchen on thanksgiving day, I thought for sure it was a leak under the flooring, I was panicking!!!

Called midafternoon and Chase was at my house within a few hours, so quick, I was so impressed!

Luckily the leak was from a waterline running to my fridge, huge relief it wasn’t anything underneath. Chase replaced the leaky valve and was on his way!

We recently had our main water line replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Chase, the lead technician, and his helper Tony were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, completed the work quickly, and left the area spotless. What really stood out was their outstanding after-service support—when an issue came up afterward, they responded quickly and resolved it without hesitation. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about their customers, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I spoke to Lexi and Kitty on the phone and they were both very friendly and informative. They had a tech out same day and fixed the issue within an hour or so, would highly recommend for any future issues!

The technician, Tom, was great. Assessed the problem with our kitchen drain backup and got everything working in less than an hour. Price was high, but it was a Sunday, so maybe weekday prices are better.

It was a few days before Christmas and I discovered a leak under kitchen sink. I had guests staying with me and a houseful of people for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Maloney plumbing showed up within an hour to stop a water softener leak that ended up doing $15,000 worth of damage. Called our regular plumbing company and they couldn’t get out for a couple days after using them for 20 years. Obviously this was an emergency. We hired Maloney to remove and reinstall a new water softener as well as several other repair jobs that were needed. They did them timely and negotiated a reasonable and fair price.. They will be my go to Plumbing company for any other future needs. We had Chase as the lead technician and his helper Anthony we’re terrific.

I got a sudden pipe break/crack in my bathroom sewer drain that ultimately required a full demo of my bathroom. Maloney’s was one of three companies I called to assess the situation to compare opinions and prices based on their reviews and distance from my home.

Bertin came to take a look and before bidding the job, he did the most thorough video scope of my home’s sewer lines than any plumber or inspector ever did. He scoped every vent and drain while isolating different water sources in my house and used a sensor tool that mapped the exact paths of the pipes too. He showed me live on the feed where he anticipated future problems and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about sewer lines, the various pros/cons of the solutions out there and was patient with my questions.

Because the house was built in 1947, there was an extensive and expensive amount of work that needed be done to avoid any future breaks. Ultimately, I hired Maloney’s because of Bertin’s expertise and thoroughness to know exactly what we were working with rather than just slap me an invoice that might change later. Also, I appreciated that Kitty, the owner herself called me to follow up.

Even though it wasn’t the cheapest bid I got, I trusted them the most and knew that paying to have the job done right, pays off in the long run. I had previously researched the different solutions available for my situation and was already strongly leaning toward what Bert recommended.

During the job, Bert and his crew showed me everything and I was able to visually see the old and new. It is kinda crazy digging big holes in your house, but they were very tidy and clean; securely tapped off access points and always cleaned up before leaving for the day.

In addition, Kitty is just an awesome and authentic lady. She knew the nightmare I was going through and called to check up on me. She even stopped by to see the job and has been patiently working with my insurance company as they want every last cent itemized in their battle to pay me the least amount humanly possible. (Thank you, Bert and Kitty, for your sympathy as I vented about insurance companies!)

So, yes, I’d 100% hire Maloney’s again and if you have a sewer issue ask for Bertin!
