I had Kyle at my house this evening for a quick, same day service type job.
He did great work. He was very personable and worked hard to accomplish the goal.
Kyle and I have already discussed another job I have for him in about 2 weeks.
I will definitely be contacting him again. if you have an occasion to work with them, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Kyle came out to my Mom’s house, she is elderly, and cleared her drains. His professionalism was top notch. He was very respectful and kind to my mom and he did an outstanding job. I will request him in the future.

We have had a couple of issues recently with the plumbing in our home, and Maloney Plumbing has been amazingly helpful and responsive with both! Within a week of each other our kitchen sink was leaking and ruining our cabinets, and then our hot water heater started leaking. They were able to get us on the schedule right away for both issues! Tom was great to work with. He was very timely, respectful, and communicative. He was transparent with every option and explained why he would recommend one option over another. We are so thankful to have someone so knowledgeable and kind to help!

They stand by their work! Highly recommend! I had them come out in November to clear a drain. In January it was clogged again, but surely bc of misuse by my kids and not because they didn't do the job right.
Even still, when they came back in January (well outside the guarantee period), they fixed the problem again... And never asked for payment!! They stand by their work!

Today was my secondexperience with Maloney and it didn't disappoint. Easy to make an appointment, which was confirmed via text and by which I was notified when the service technician was on the way. All the work was done expeditiously and professionally by Larry, who has 20 years in the business and whose friendly manner made the experience interesting and enjoyable. Our technician was able to replace our worn-out waterheater in less than 2 hours. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. He even left our garage and driveway neater than when he arrived. We are totally satisfied with Benjamin Franklin from the very first phone call on Sunday to the repair service the next day.

I had Ben Franklin install a new salt free water conditioner, I believed I was getting a great deal at $3500.00, only to find out I could've had the exact same unit installed for $2000.00. I can't begin to express my frustration.

My home is nearly 20yrs old and has most of the original plumbing connections, meaning there is a lot of corrosion on those connections that bring me closer to a flood emergency each year. James came out for a free inspection and offered a straight forward, truthful opinion about what he thought needed to be done. James didn't try to up-sale me or con me into work that could easily be done by myself for much cheaper. He was honest about the company's pricing and the work he would perform. While the company pricing was ultimately higher than I'd like, it was still much cheaper than some competitors. The professionalism, courteous attitude and honesty that James provided sold me on the services of Ben Franklin Plumbing. The work is scheduled and I've requested James to be the technician that performs the work. I could have gone with a comparatively dirt cheap plumber or tried to You Tube my way through the work, but I believe James from Ben Franklin Plumbing is the right way to go to ensure a professional, warrantied, quality job.

Jared was over today for a scheduled maintenance Check on all water service units at my house. Jared was very thorough with all his inspection and was very Helpful and taking the time to explain issues at hand. Jared left me with A list of items that need to be repaired, along with state of urgency On a couple of items that needed quick attention. At no point was there any high-pressure to have items on list Scheduled for repair.
Not only was Jared at the height of professional with conducting his work, he was the pinnacle of five star customer service !

I have bad experience with this company.
I was looking for new water heater but the guy try to enforce me to buy specific one that is very expensive about 8K. Never listen to me.
At the end I found another company that install new one for less the $2k.

Today we had Benjamin Franklin come out to service our tankless water heater. While here our technician Chandler just happened to ask about our R/O and when was the last time we had the filter changed. Good thing he asked because it has been several years. Oh and the gross filters he took off our system was disgusting. I have been a home owner a very long time and this technician was not at all trying to sell me up and make my bill higher. If you get Chandler at your home you are very lucky. Thanks Benjamin Franklin again for the awesome service!

My townhouse had 2 different clogs, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen sink. Brad came over right away to help us out and was able to take care of everything immediately! Brad was so thorough and he explained everything as he was doing it, which made it so easy to understand and follow along. He was also so kind and amazing to work with, and just did a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and that we received the highest quality service! 10/10 recommend :)

Purchased a gas hot-water heater from this company two years ago. One of their plumbing specialists, Jake Morris, has done my complimentary annual flush both years since. Very professional, does quality work and also a great guy! I don't even remember how I found Ben Franklin Plumbing, I think I might have just googled providers when I needed a new hot-water heater. But I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided from the get-go, especially with the benefits that come along with it such as the free annual flush and even a free home-electrical inspection by one of their partner companies. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! I only wish I would have known about them sooner.
