We’ve been working with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for almost three years, starting with major work on our new home. Eddie has been our plumber from day one, and he’s fantastic—always on time, professional, communicative, and incredibly kind. His expertise and reliability make him feel like part of the family! Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Benjamin Franklin came out to my house because my pipes were what they call hammering or clanking. This was the only reason to be there. The plumber looked at the pipes and water purification in my garage. He said he could redo the piping in the garage for about $6000. He also said he could put a new purification system in with an included water softener and redo the piping only in the garage for $16000. Remember my need was only pipes clanging. If I did the $16000 fix I would have to believe my pipe noise would be fixed. I said no and had another plumber come the next day. The pipe noise was for 3 weeks very concerning thinking a pipe could burst. The second plumber took one minute to tell me the problem and the fix was $197.00 period. My problem was fixed. Imagine my spending $16000 and still hearing the noise. Benjamin would be on the spot giving me excuses with me having spent a rediculous amount of money. It should be obvious to you the reader that expecting a reasonable price for plumbing from Benjamin will never happen. Don’t waist your time. Remember my fix cost me $197.00.

I am writing to highly recommend our service representative, Brad. We had an urgent plumbing issue last night, and Brad not only took the job at the end of his day but also handled a unique and complicated situation with incredible patience. He called us on his way, was professional and friendly upon arrival, and quickly provided us with several options. The biggest challenge was that we had just sold our home and were renting it from the new owners. Brad patiently waited for us to get permission to proceed, showing remarkable care and flexibility. He stayed late to get the job done, working into the dark to ensure we were taken care of. Brad’s professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and we are so grateful for his help. Your company is lucky to have him!

We had an outstanding experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Daryl was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to clearly communicate the issues we were having and answered all of our questions. The team was incredibly prompt in bringing out the new hydrojet and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. Daryl’s attention to detail, excellent communication, and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We will definitely be using Ben Franklin Plumbing for any future needs and referring all of our family and friends. Truly top-notch service from start to finish

I broke our outdoor hose spigot causing water to pour out leading to us to temporarily shut out water off. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing around 130 - loved the name and had great reviews. Bradly K arrived around 340 and replaced the whole unit in less than an hour. Very thankful!

Brad did a great and professional job of maintaining our water system. He explained all of the services and he worked expeditiously. What a nice man too !

Brad got the main water shutoff replaced with a ball valve. This was my first time paying for any plumbing service so I was surprised at the price initially, but we were able to work out the exact service I needed so we could get to a better price for me. Install took about an hour.

Another great service from Jared and the Ben Franklin team. Just WOW!!! Seriously go out to your garage and just shut down your water heater and softener and call these guys. After buying our new house and moving in, things are expected to get easier.. but not when the builder has installed the cheapest tankless water heater ever made. I timed it, 15 min to get tepid water to the kitchen, after 11 min my mother gave up on taking a freezing cold shower and just went to bed defeated. Dirty, defeated and depleated after unpacking all day is NOT how you want to go to sleep and dream about your new future. A nightmare of dirty dishes, frozen shower and water and gas bills that I have never seen the like of for a small family in a small house. Who you gonna call when the damn thing is working RIGHT, but definitely not up to par?!?!? My guy Brad of course, the technician who installed our water softener last month. "Call anytime he said..." so I did. He walked us through again, in plain speak on the workings of "builder grade" appliances and what Ben Franklin has to offer and how that would all work. Then he set us up with a payment plan that was cheaper than the huge gas and water bills we have from running water for so long in an attempt to get it hot. Which now is expected to go back to acceptable ranges since we won't have to do that now that we have almost instant hot water. Jared was our installer and I must say he was excellent at explaining and walking me through how the new tank worked and that there would be nothing for us to do at all since they would be taking care of it yearly. 😀 I was painting our garage at the time, so we basically hung out and talked all day too, and he helped with final paint touch ups and helping me move a shelf into the garage. I'm not kidding when I say everyone that is sent by Ben Franklin to our house leaves a friend. These guys are awesome, kind, friendly, communative, clean up all their work, and can explain all the workings of their appliances in a way "we, if you're like me," can understand. Thank you so much for de-stressing us and giving us back our creature comfort that we are accustomed to, no one should have to take freezing cold showers in their brand new home. Remember, they have affordable plans, so get rid of your stress too and just call these guys.

Today I was assisted by Jake in troubleshooting some work that had been done by another company. I needed to see what I should have been charged and expected in return for my payment.
I sent a couple of photos of the work, to Jake, told him what I had paid, and what my concerns were. He was very professional, direct and straightforward with his answers.
I now feel I can move forward, knowing what should have been discussed and done that wasn't. I will be contacting the other company today with more confidence.
I appreciated Jake's advice and recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to folks who want to have the job done right.
I also really appreciated the fact that I was not charged for this information, and even if Jake had come to my home to see the work, it would have been a free estimate. -
Will my plumber was great! Fast, friendly and cleaned up. Provided helpful information for future improvements. I appreciated the prompt and efficient communication, not to mention the response time! Thank you for getting my busy powder room back up and running!

Our old kitchen faucet was leaking. Chandler from Ben Franklin Plumbing was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced the old with the new and even tried to clean the rust stain. He carefully checked everything to make sure all was good. We also discussed eventually replacing all the plastic valves under our sinks and in the toilets with stainless steel valves. Ben Franklin offers a payment plan which will be super useful. And if we pay it off in 12 mos, it’s interest-free. We will probably do half the valves at a time to keep our monthly cost in line with our pockets. Chandler took his time and answered all my questions. We won’t hesitate to call him and Ben Franklin in the future for our plumbing needs.

Pay for a monthly membership service fee and had a leak coming from our RO system. Wanted to charge $495 to replace this $2 quick-release part that took 5 minutes to do on my own, and that includes and a quick YouTube search.
I can understand paying for expertise and specialized know-how, but this was just wrong. How can I trust you to give me a fair and reasonable estimate for any repair services.
I’ll be looking for other companies next time there are any plumbing repairs. -
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job installing my garbage disposal. They were the first company to get back to me when I was requesting a quote. They gave me a quote over the phone, and their prices were straightforward and extremely reasonable. Jacob Morris did a great job. He was fast, cleaned up everything, and even provided some helpful information for future garbage disposal purchases. I highly recommend this company and only wish I had found them sooner.

Had an old corroded section of pipe in my outdoor gas fire pit that needed to be replaced. The ring where flames are dispensed was also severely corroded. Jake with Benjamin Franklin helped me get all the right replacement parts for the repair, and delivered exceptional service with a smile. 5 stars.

This is an amazing company! I had a slab leak that needed to be fixed asap. I called and had an appointment the very next day. I was able to be at work while they were working in my home and they locked up when they were finished. Everything was cleaned and they even put back drywall pieces in place to cut costs on having that repaired. I would recommend them 100%! Robert is awesome to work with!

Gotta love a family owned business. You can tell they really value their customers. Called in and set an appointment. Trevor came out and replaced my hot water valve under my bathroom sink. He was in and out and was very courteous. Although it was a very small job, it was a fair price compared to others on ThumbTack. Would recommend!

Ronnie was great. Got the job done. Went out of his way to get parts no longer available. Very good at his job. Cleaned up before her left.

So although we did not use this business I simply had to write about my positive experience. After making several calls to desperately try and find a plumber on a holiday (today, New Years) I called Edward's Plumbing. While I was on the phone with another company, they called me back and mentioned they could have someone out right away. Within a couple of hours, Robert came out and quoted us for an emergency service and was honest about pricing and with that we decided that we would begin service the following day as opposed to the same day. Robert then set us up with a dry out company since the water damage from our irreparable water heater flooded into our guest bedroom and damaged our floors. They came out within the hour also. In the midst of the chaos, my brother in law called me back and mentioned that he was back in town and offered to help right away. With my tail between my legs I sheepishly called back Margaret and explained the situation and that I would be cancelling the appointment for tomorrow. She was kind and understood and did not give me a hard time despite having every right to do so. They went out of their way to see us in an emergency situation on a holiday no less and still treated us with grace once our family member unexpectedly came through. I will say, that for any and all future plumbing issues, we will be calling Margaret and Robert for any repairs and cannot thank them enough for making time for us today.

We had a large slab leak. Ben Franklin Plumbing told us "a full re-pipe was highly recommended" for 22k or an "unrecommended" single pipe reroute could be done for 9k. They charged us $100 for the estimate to boot.
We called Edwards Plumbing for a second opinion and we are so glad that we did. Robert came right away, after hours, for a FREE estimate and told us his HONEST and PROFESSIONAL opinion that only a single pipe reroute was necessary. It was a small fraction of the Ben Franklin estimate and it was clear that this plumbing company has integrity. They came the next day and located/fixed our pipe within a couple hours with no issues. I cannot recommend this company enough to someone looking for good work from good people. We will definitely call Edwards Plumbing again if we have plumbing issues in the future.
