After using Edwards Plumbing to plumb my laundry room for a utility sink in 2019, I was very happy with their work. I decided to use them again to replace an old water heater. Again, they did an excellent job and were done in just a few hours. GREAT COMPANY!

After hours of getting nowhere with Home Depot's warranty to replace my broken water heater, I decided to replace the unit with a different company. I called Water Heaters Only because of the awesome reviews online, and they did not disappoint me. I first spoke with Paul over the phone, who was extremely helpful (but others in their office are just as awesome when you call). Trevor E. was our technician, and he did an awesome job installing our new water heater. He was on time, very kind, and answered all of our questions. Don S. Was the Professional Installer Technician that arrived on time, evaluated the situation of installing a new Water Heater Tank. He gave me the quote and I accepted it. He is a totally professional in his work habits. He was very thorough in removing the old tank and replacing it with the new tank. He checked and doubled checked his work insuring everything was installed perfectly. His work ethics are truly professional. He displays great people etiquette In due time the job was completed and he went over the procedure on how to startup the uni and how to drain the unit. Fast, professional, and very communicative! Wanting to purchase a Bradford and White water heater, I found Water Heaters Only via the Bradford and White website. I was able to get a quote from them in under 15 minutes! They came out the very next day and replaced my old water heater. Junior did a fantastic job installing the new water heater and cleaning up a prior plumbers mistakes.

Another great experience with Don S - years after he installed my past worn out water heater.. Like before, he explained what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. and then excuted that plan upon my sighne approval. No waiting for a water heater to be delivered - he had it and supplies in his van.

We called Water Heaters Only a month ago to replace our old heater as it was original to our home. Don S. arrived at our home two days later (they could have come earlier, but our schedule didn’t allow). We thought we were only getting a quote that day, but once he got that together he said if we approved it he could get right to work that day! The price was fair and we agreed to it and Don got to installing it immediately. He was very professional and a total sweetheart! We’ve dealt with several different technicians in various home projects over the years and he stands at the top! My husband and I will be recommending Water Heaters Only to all of our friends. Water Heaters Only came the same day I called even though it was a holiday plus didn't charge extra for the holiday call. The water heater was installed in less than 3 hours and the area was cleaner afterwards than before. Hadn't had hot water for several days over the weekend so was appreciative of the fast service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater.

A 5 star experience. Called and spoke to a professional team member the evening my hot water heater had failed and made an appointment for the following morning.
