Wow, this company is just plain awesome. I called Wednesday about my water heater problem and the person on the phone explained away my fears regarding the issues. He had someone at my house the very next day to install a new water heater. DON S. is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met - knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and professional. He explained everything to me in detail as well as answered all my questions. He had the entire job complete in a little less than 2 hours. Highly recommend him as a number one technician and the company is nothing less than A++. Thank you for making this entire process easy and affordable for me.

I was extremely happy when I called, and spoke with Tom. He said a tech could be at my house between 1:30 and 3pm, to install a replacement gas hot water heater.Mine had just decided to fail today, leaving a watery mess in my garage. Trevor E called, and let me know would be there within an hour, and he was right on time. He took the time to answer our questions, and installed a drip pan too. All this, in 108 degree heat today. Trevor E was very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, who find themselves, in a similar situation, that I did today. I also checked them out on Yelp before I called, and they received many 5 star reviews. Just what I was looking for. Found them on a Google search

What an honest company! My electric water heater went out so I called to inquire about a price for a new water heater. Instead of pushing me to have a tech come out or trying to sell me a new one on the spot, the gentleman I spoke with told me about the reset switch under a panel on the water heater. I drained the sediment prior to pushing reset (probably the first time in years it had been drained) and a ton came out. I then found the reset button, hit it and voila! No more cold showers! In this tough economy, I was stressing the thought of such a major expense; especially around the holidays. Words can’t express my gratitude to Water Heaters Only for their customer service and just being good people. Even though I don’t need a new water heater at this time, my heater has a few years on it and the day will arrive eventually that I’ll need a new one. This company earned my trust, so when that day arrives, this is where I’ll be buying my water heater.

Our installer/repairman Trevor was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything step by step and had us up and running with a new water heater in no time at all. Installation and clean-up where first rate and we were very happy with the service, highly recommended!

First! Same day service within hours of call. Second no price gouging or add ons. Lastly; Don Shad was our tech. That completed a water heater replacement. The professional, knowledgeable approach and experience put us immediately at ease. The job was completed in a timely manner with Don even taking time to educate us on maintenance. My water heater broke yesterday and I called Water Heaters Only, Inc. which they were able to get me an appointment for the next day which was today. The Technician, Don S, came on time which I was really grateful for since I wanted this fixed ASAP which Don completed in 2 hours as he said it would take that long. Don took the time to explain what he did and explained to me about why the water was coming out extremely hot which I am glad he explained since I didn't understand why it was. I will definitely recommend this business to others who need a new water heater. The price was reasonable and worth it, my new water heater looks great and I love how Don added some new features such as a bucket that the water heater sits on to protect the pedestal that it is on in the garage and now it has a thing to drain water in case it breaks.

Excellent service by Chris. Was able to call and schedule an appointment to have my water heater replaced. In addition, the valves and tubing was also replaced. The opening was too snug for the new water heater to go inside so the door frame was removed, space was swept clean, water heater installed, and door frame placed back on all done by Chris; really went above and beyond with his work. Highly recommend this company for hot water heaters not for just their products but their outstanding services.

Don S. Is my kind of dude! Water Heaters Only came on the same day as I called for help. I feel that the price was right for a new 50 gallon tank with parts and labor ( our 40 gallon was 12 years old!). Don was my technician and he was excellent!! My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was quoted 6k at first by someone else, which is ridiculous for a 40 gallon electric water heater. Don Schad came when I called for a second opinion. He was very sweet. Quoted me for a reasonable price and helped get me up and running in no time. He was prompt to arrive and he did his job quickly. I called and the next day they came out on time and it was Labor Day weekend! I got a quote that was decently priced. Carlos installed it in about 1-2 hours and super friendly. It has a 6 year warranty. I guess it doesn’t get much better.

Carlos was awesome ! Showed up on A Sunday & did an emergency replacement. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & did the job super fast . I highly recommend this company & definitely ask for Carlos as the tech .

The entire experience was as good as it could be, considering my water had failed on a Saturday night. The staff on the phone was professional and helpful; Carlos(the installer) was on the road with my new heater within 12 hours of my call; the installation was completed and all cleaned up by noon on Sunday. Great communication - texted me with approx time of arrival. Gave me the exact price of heater and install and approximate time it would take (he was right on with the time - about 3 hrs). He did a great job of install and cleanup. I recommend him and this company highly.
