If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Not only that, I feel their charge for the work was very reasonable (below what I thought it might be!) and they still even then worked within my budget to get my plumbing issue taken care of. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. Trevor did a great job from start to finish! He kept me informed, explained what he was doing and took the extra time to make sure everything was taken care of.

Edwards Plumbing literally saved the day!! We had a water leak all over the drum room. He came immediately, opened the wall and found a leaking copper pipe. Turned off the main water even though we did not know where the main turn off valve was. He found it very quickly. He got supplies and fixed all within an hour. We literally called him our 'superhero'. If you have an Emergancy call Edwards Plumbing!!!

These guys are awesome! My house sits on top of a sub floor. I had a sewer smell in my bathroom so I thought one of the plumbing pipes may have broke (even thought my whole house was guttered and remodeled) I have a shower in my bathroom that I never use and he told me the stack may have dried up and that will release the waste smell. All I had to do was run water in it and perhaps start using it. In the days we are living In there are lots of companies out to take a bite out of your pocket. I appreciate the honesty and they will always have me as a return customer. Thank you!

This company is what a true plumbing company should be. Beside the quality, professional and response time this company shows compassion. I called Edward's to see what their procedure is to a complete job. After they confirmed our previous job was not done correctly, he decided to pull one of his employees and sent them to our home where they found that a rag and glove was left in pipes. Very impressed

Robert (owner) is an honest and hardworking guy who personally installed a new water softener unit for me. Extremely happy with the work and the product that he recommended.

Robert was amazing. He completed the work in a timely manner. He was very personable. When I added another request on to the job I called about, he didn’t bat an eye. He went to get additional supplies for the other job and did them both! I highly recommend him!

Did not make sure that hot water was running after bathtub cartridge replaced. When called back 2 days later due to no hot water, dismissed as not responsible because “did not get close to water heater”. Did not show interest in resolving what turned out to be just the air trap valve of the heater needing to be flipped twice.

Great company, very professional. Robert did a complete overhaul of my kitchen sink (faucet, shutoff valves, garbage disposal). He explained the process, and provided exceptional work. Answered any questions I had. He was on time, And worked efficiently.

The plumber did a good job. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the first time he came out he said it was only to give me an estimate, which is not what I asked for. I wanted the job done immediately. Instead he had to come back the next day to do the job.

We had extensive work done inside and out which all started with a leaky water heater. The most impressive part was their knowledge about everything. We ended up hiring them for multiple items that were overdue to be repaired or replaced. The work is all top notch and we will be using them again for sure. Thanks Robert and team!

Recently we had a strange leak in the main water line that seeped into the basement. Edward’s Plumbing was able to come out the same day and dig down to discover a break in the main line. He repaired the break using better parts and all is well now! I would highly recommend Edward’s Plumbing and will call them again if needed.

Robert answered my call at 8pm, was exactly on time the next morning and quickly found our leak. Excellent work, tons of experience. I was glad to have found Edwards LLC.

Robert installed a Ruud water heater at a fair price. Unlike other companies, he did not try to upsell anything. Trustworthy company

Robert was prompt and friendly during the work he performed.
Pricing was as expected for a few hours notice request. Will have Edwards Plumbing on my list of service providers.

Edwards Plumbing has cost us hundreds in damages — twice — and refused to take responsibility.

We hired Robert to install a standalone bathtub, and it’s been a disaster. The drain was installed wrong twice, causing hundreds of dollars in water damage and mold throughout the drywall in our home.

Water started coming through the ceiling from under the tub and Robert blamed the gasket in the tub. He replaced it, acting like he was doing us a huge favor because he said it was a manufacturer defect. He was wrong.
We hired someone to repair the drywall. Shortly after the tub started leaking again, causing more black mold to grow throughout the drywall in our home.

Robert lied to us multiple times, claiming he was going to show up and repair it correctly and he never did. We finally hired another plumber who discovered the real issue: The tube connecting the p-trap to the drain was installed incorrectly. Poor workmanship, zero accountability, and a very costly experience. Avoid this company!

Robert was friendly and completely the kitchen faucet installation timely.

Showed up on time, completed work quickly. Excellent work quality. Didn't try to upsell or find other "issues" to fix. They did what they came to do, nothing more, nothing less. The estimate was EXACTLY what I paid, not a penny extra. That's not normal these days. Thank you, Edwards Plumbing! You'll be my first and only call from now on!

Consumer Beware! Recently ended a 6 week NIGHTMARE dealing with Robert Edwards. I found him to be unethical, deceptive, greedy & mean-spirited. He installed a new water softener. A few days later, it leaked & Robert actually blamed me for intentionally loosening something to cause the leak. I told him to take the softener out but he refused. I actually had to stop payment on my check due to his charging almost twice as much as Spencer’s Appliances. When I told him that, he said too bad. He had a business to run. Worst experience ever. 6 weeks later, he accepted my offer & he got paid a fair price. I couldn’t trust him to come back to my house. Again, consumer beware.

Robert and Trevor are fantastic! They replaced our water heater same day of contacting them last summer. They were on time and did exceptional work. If you need honest, upfront, quality work at a very fair price you need to contact Edwards Plumbing! We are recommending them to all of our family and friends!

Update: We had Robert out this past Saturday morning to replace the main water shut-off valve for our home as our builder installed the wrong type of valve that didn't work anyway. Robert also repaired our water supply line from our high-pressure mist system pump. Excellent, quality work at a very fair price. Edwards Plumbing is the only company we will ever have perform work for us!
