Don' Scad came out and gave me a great estimate on a new water heater... Unlike other companies., he had the water heater on the van and started right away... Was able to knock it out by himself in a couple of hours... They are by far the lowest i found in the valley... Don was very professional and knowledgeable about the product... I highly recommend this company... Thank you!!!!!

I called Water Heaters Only this morning. A tech named Don came to my home on time. His work was clean and methodical. He truly has a passion for his job. I am thrilled with his work. Bravo!!!

I am so impressed with this company. I noticed my water heater was leaking and Don came out right away and was able to install a new one on the spot in a couple of hours. Don was very professional and thoroughly explained everything to me about their prices and the installation process. No upselling like other companies. I am extremely satisfied with the installation and pricing. Their prices are VERY reasonable compared with their competitors in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace a water heater.

Don Schad arrived to install a new hot water heater on time and was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking to him. He thoroughly explained the process so I would understand the water heater operation. I'm very satisfied with the work he did.

My water heated busted and I need it replaced asap. I called Water Heaters Only and they were actually able to give me a replacement quote over the phone, when other companies wouldn’t! The next day they sent their tech Carlos and he was great very knowledgeable and fast, he was able to replace it within a couple of hours. Fast easy and very reasonably priced.

Carlos Espino with Water Heaters Only did a great job replacing our water heater. Our water heater is located outdoors and he advised on how to better protect it from the elements, going as far as to install the water heater on top of extra pavestones that we had. Our new water heater was installed within 2 hours. Carlos also secured our existing water heater enclosure and advised us on additional brackets that we could add to the enclosure to help protect our new water heater. Overall, we could not ask for more with respect to advice on caring for our new water heater and a professional service.

Called at 8:30 AM and we had a new water heater installed by 11 AM the same day. Clean installation and Carlos Espino was friendly and polite! It seemed a little expensive- but isn’t everything these days?

Carlos was our repair man today from Water Heaters Only Arizona. The supervisor from Water Heaters Only CA,who also was there w Carlos. I requested my Rheem anoid rod to be serviced/replaced. Between the two men, the job Got done .it took almost 2 hours from arrival to departure the supervisor left, Carlos thought the job was done. I found a filter on the floor,which had been forgotten to reinstall and the filter was still dirty. I used our personal aircompressor to clean it better.Carlos reinstalled it. He left. I left, i had errands to run. I was gone a few hours.Upon coming home, I noticed some light's not turning on my in my home. Then I opened my garage refrig- no power. I checked my circuit breaker box and some circuit was turned off. I was extremely thankful I came home and did not loose any of my food in my garage and or /freezer. The men had unplugged the garage refrig and failed to re plug it in before leaving. They failed to switch the circuit breaker back on. Just attention to detail on a job was missed.maybe a bit more training is needed.ty

I rarely give a five star review, but the experience and the technician deserve it. Carlos was knowledgeable. Explained things, educated me on things when I asked questions, very nice person and obviously knows what he's doing. The price was perfect. I saved quite a bit of money compared to having plumbers do the work. His estimate came in well under the other estimates I received with the exact same amount of work.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. Was thorough and explained everything in detail. Provided useful tips and recommendations for extending the life of the water heater. I am happy to have called and now own a Bradford water heater.
