I came to Plumber’s Choice with very oddball size fittings that were impossible to find elsewhere, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure I had the necessary parts for my project. I can remember when there was no plumbers choice. But there was van&Dan. I have been dealing with these guys 25yrs.they know their products . during the begining of the pandemic they called &let me know when mask & sanitizer was in . They have always been their for me. They have opened up after hours many times. Delivered to the job. Stocked our shelves. Anytime you hold onto employees like jeni Linda lucy for as long as they have you must be doing something right . Thank you guys for everything you do for the industry.

I live in Washington state and make monthly orders with these guys because they are great. I have never had an issue with price or shipping time. They also offer customized sleeves with our company logo which is awesome.

I have been using Plumbers Choice for years and years, the owners Dan and Van are great to work with. They will do what ever is necessary to make it easier on my team. Thoroughly impressed by Van's Customer Service. Communication, delivery of product, can do/will do approach exceeds today's standard expectations. Van & Plumbers Choice obviously understand the Trades & challenges faced daily. Vendors that partner with Contractors will always get my patronage!

Honestly disappointed I read all these great reviews and I’ve been lied to. They came out check out a valve that had broken in my shower. They wanted to cut a hole in wall to replace the valve. A quick YouTube search and found out what really needed to be done was as simple as replacing the valve called a different plumber and end up charging me 1/3 of the cost they quoted me. Always get second opinions! I thought it was extremely weird all that needed to be done for something that seems to be a common issue

Everyone involved were very professional. I received calls as to arrival of the technician. He was very efficient and polite.

I was skeptical based on the price, but Nate came out here and snake the drain, clearing my clogged kitchen sink. Then he ran a camera down the drain and showed me what's left in the pipes. He didn't try to upset me anything I didn't need. Thank you.

I recently purchased a home and started encountering plumbing issues. I contacted Elite Rooter, and they came out the same day. Henry and his team were kind, professional, and informative. It’s evident that they care. Not only did they assist me, but they continued to follow up with me to make sure that everything was okay in my home. This company is the real deal, and their teams represent them so well. I would 100% recommend this company, especially Henry!

Elite came out to check an odor coming from a wall. They did a camara inspection. Only probided me with three pictures,no video was recorded. They charged me $250 for that. No report was given to me until I reached out to tech by text to provide me with a summary.

ZERO STARS!!! Do not call Elite Rooter, ESPECIALLY if insurance is involved.
My parents called Elite Rooter on July 18th to come and find and fix a leak. They came and it took less than an hour to find and fix the leak. They charged my dad just over $1600! Before they found the leak they called a restoration company to come and take a look at our cupboards and carpet, which were wet. The plumber told my dad that insurance would cover the cost to replace the cupboards. That is the only reason my dad agreed. Demolition came a week later, after 72 hours of industrial fans running to dry out our cupboards and carpet.
Elite Rooter did fix the leak but they have not finished the paperwork at least not correctly. When they finally sent the plumbers report (7 weeks later!!) the report was inaccurate and vague. Our address was wrong even after we told them the correct address multiple times during that 7 week period. The plumbers report was missing key information that the insurance needed to make a decision. It took my brother calling every 2 hours to get a response and a new plumbers report which is still inaccurate and still missing the information needed. We have been in contact with our insurance the entire time and they say that Elite Rooter has not responded to a single phone call or email that they have sent. Our insurance provider said, "I have never had these types of issues with a vendor before." So here we are at the end of October, 3.5 months later, still without a kitchen and still waiting for Elite Rooter to respond to our insurance. This is absolutely ridiculous! If we don't get the answers we need, we will be seeking legal action.
