I'm writing this to prevent others from suffering the same fate.
This company has no warranty.
I paid $225 for plumbing repairs in July of this year, and then had another problem in the same area. Three days later, I paid $1,296 for hydro jet service. Today, I had another problem in the same area. When I contacted them, they initially said they'd fix it for free, but then a company employee came and told me I had to pay another $250 for the service.
Please never use a company that doesn't offer a warranty like this.

I was pleased with every aspect of Elite’s service with the exception of the price. Your AI customer service system is excellent. Jonathan Apodaca arrived within 90 minutes and he is terrific. He proposed a solution that was different from what I had in mind, and better. My only negative feedback is your price. $250 is simply too much for 10 minutes of work. I believe there is industry collusion on pricing, as he said all of your competitors would be the same price. It has been proven in the apartment rental market here that owners price collude to drive up rents. Care to address that?

I couldn't recommend Elite Rooter more highly! Our tech, Nate Taylor, was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to explain all issues and options thoroughly. Not only were we pleased with the quality of service, they were able to get to our home same day. We will absolutely be using them again in the future. Erick from Elite Rooter came out & took a look at the problem we had going on told us the different ways they could repair it, we agreed on a repair they came out later in the week to repair it.
They did an amazing job on the work itself, I would recommend them 100%. They also did an amazing job on cleaning up after themselves after the work was done !

*BEWARE* do not use Elite Rooter if you have a job connected to an insurance claim.

I called them to unclog a drain and it turned into a nightmare. They said they needed access to the piping below my kitchen, and it would be a huge job. The tech who was on site spoke to my insurance adjuster, privately, and afterwards told me the job would be covered because it was “mostly access and your insurance covers access.” I trusted him and signed the agreement for an $18,000+ job! My insurance only covered $1,000 of access, and I was left with the rest of this monster bill. I never would have blindly agreed to this without getting a second opinion and comparing other quotes if I wasn’t told it was covered!

Since then, I have been involved in a very orchestrated lie with several departments in the company. I have also heard this company has “perfected” insurance fraud by knowing how to inflate Access fees and lower equipment costs. This is the most greedy and flat out lying/deceitful company I have ever dealt with… oh and the job was a mess, they didn’t cover things up and my whole house was trashed and dusty. Those are the photos I’m including, but it’s the least of my worries…

I used Elite Rooter to repair a stopped shower drain and worked with Richard. He got the job done right. He acted like a professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely use Elite Rooter for future plumbing work and highly recommend them.

Eric was a pleasure to have as a technician. He was honest by finding something IN the disposal that was keeping it from turning or even responding to the switch. He checked what was needed and I sat there talking with him in between his different efforts to fix the disposal.

He was a bright spot in my day when actually I expected a hassle. He was far from it, and a truly nice guy!!

Armando went above and beyond for us. He was patient when we had few option monetarily, wasn't pushy and did what he said he'd do. Made no promises and delivered!!; I highly recommend their service.

We had our house serviced by Nate and he was absolutely wonderful. Very well knowledgeable and personable. His customer service was above 5-stars. We will be giving him a call whenever we need him again.

It was good Nathan and Jessie came out and fixed the clog in my sink. Unfortunatly they found that a plumbing pipes broken under the foundation going to be a expensive fix. They were very honest and i highly recommend them.
