Stan Smith came to give us an estimate and was very kind and competent. The price was too high but he tried to compromise and it still wouldn't work for us. We appreciated his efforts.

Originally my review was “Erik was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend.”- let me state they ask for this review right before they leave. So it’s changing after some trouble with them. The phone customer service sucks. I asked twice for a supervisor and was told I’d get a callback. Never happened. Called again and the supervisor told me to give him 30 mins. Just than his manager ended up calling stating that the price has a flat fee. So I got charged $554.10 for labor . When we asked for it in person, the explanation of the estimate. They said it’s all digital. You’ll get a digital receipt. Which let me tell you “ it just says you were charged blank(your amount)” no break down. They did not advise of a flat fee. Or honestly any break down. The first customer service rep kept saying they don’t do break downs. That’s probably cause they scam everybody different labor cost even though I was told it’s a flat fee over the phone. Do NOT recommend this company.

Nate and Jesse were phenomenal. It was nearly 5pm, and they spent an hour investigating, troubleshooting, and climbing in the attic. They solved all my hot water issues and only charged a basic service charge . Very happy I called Elite.

Elite Rooter was very helpful for me.The Technician Erick was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about plumbing. Erick was patient and tried to help me understanding my problems with my plumbing . Getting my plumbing resolved will take a little time, but it will be done. Elite Rooter is the one to call . C G

amazing service. Nate and Jesse showed up within a few hours of talking to the scheduler and right on their scheduled time. From the moment they showed up - nothing but professionalism, courtesy, communication, etc. I could feel the empathy that they both showed to my wife and I given a tough situation. Turns out what I thought was a simple clogged laundry drain was a huge problem with a broken main sewer line under the house which allowed rocks and sand to clog the line. They went through the cleanouts and began excavating the line. They worked until dark and made sure that we had alternative means of getting and using water until they showed up the next day to diagnose the issue and fix. Showed up right on time the next day with the most advanced tools and experience to remedy the issue always looking for the most efficient yet effective way to solve. Really impressed with Jesse and his communication style and years of experience in these complex problems. Would choose these guys again in a heartbeat. Nobody wants these issues - and there aren't cheap solutions once you are under your house in a slab build situation...but, once you have them, you want a team that knows what they are doing and care for your situation. Elite Rooting was really great.

We had a clogged drain that would not budge. I looked around and Elite Rooter Plumbers had very good recommendations, so I reached out to them. Once we made the connection their service tech was here in less than a couple of hours. It was Christmas Eve/Day on top of that, so we really needed our kitchen and sink to be working. The plumber's name was Nate T. and he was super nice when we met at the front door. Also very respectful of our home when he came in. He figured out our problem right away, brought in a machine and started working on it. The home is about 24 years old and that sink had never been 'cleaned out' before, so I'm sure there were years of buildup in our pipes. He unclogged the system and also made some very good suggestions on how to keep this from happening again. Their fee for the fix was very reasonable, and they did not charge extra because of the holiday. I will definitely call on them again if we have other services that need to be done. Thanks again, Nate. You saved our Christmas dinner!

The service tech arrived on time and had a great attitude!! He walked thru the issue and helped me understand the overall problem and then provided a quote on-site! He was willing to price match against other quotes if necessary!! Working with Eric was a great experience!!

Eric and Nate came and changed out our water heater. Eric was prompt and efficient. Very professional. He explained everything very well and worked with us to address all our needs. We have worked with Elite Rooter in the past and everyone who has ever come to our home have always done a fantastic job. The price was also reasonable. Very happy with the work Eric and Nate have done today.

This company is amazing! Jevon and Henry came out and took a look at my clogged sink. Turns out the issue was deeper than we realized since the house piping was collapsed and needed to be replaced. They worked with me and made sure I was at ease and informed during the stressful situation. I can't recommend these guys enough you definitely can trust their expertise and professionalism. If you have any issues in your home they can help with they go above and beyond to make sure your issue gets resolved and quickly!

Just happened to be walking along in my park and I was waiting for a different plumber and I met Jesse from elite rooter. He made arrangements at that time to come look at my septic and sewer lines and spent quite a bit of time with his crew to figure out the problem and fixed it. This company is knowledgeable and organized. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so very thankful and blessed that I found this company

I had an issue that water leaking from my dishwasher that was causing water to pool up in my sink. I thought this may be a very complex and expensive issue but Soro diagnosed and solved it for the advertised $44. He was very honest, personable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Our toilet suddenly stopped working and a plumber came out quickly and took care of the issue right away. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. This was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with plumbers. Elite rooter was able to come down in less than a hour. Jevon was exceptionally kind and easy to talk to. After the free inspection we agreed to a fair price for the service. And now that all is said and done, I will definitely be calling them again! The level of attention given was great, and after the main job was done, Jevon looked at every other minor issue I had mentioned and taught me more about my plumbing system than anyone else who had been out prior. I can’t speak highly enough about Jevon! The service was well worth the money for level care that and attention we got.
