Terrell, jr was very patient n found other issues in the water line. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and kept me informed every step of the repair. I would prefer him to come back with any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

What we thought was a major problem turned out to be minor. The technician showed that we didn't need anything extra. If we ever have another plumbing issue, they are the very first call. Different issue today with hot water heater but same efficient service. They have our business for good. ✝️👍🏾

Horrible, they just want to up sale you. They insist and insist to do so many inspection and evwntually try to sell you services and equipment that is not needes. They wont take a no. Once they manage to do all the unesesary inspection they salam exagerated estimate. What an scam.

My hose bib broke in the middle of the night so I had to shop around for plumbers. I chose Plomero because they were more practical and gave more options. They texted and called when there was an update. The tech came and fixed the problem in a good time and even explained what he did. Bryan did an excellent job and will use them again in the future.

Another local plumber had told me that it would require excavation...so I saved over $2700 in unnecessary repairs!! Great company with attentive owner.

Service was good and scheduling and appointment was easy. Staff was courteous. Wanted 2 water hose bibs switched out and 2 bathroom faucets installed. Already had the faucets. If you are on a budget this is not the place to contract. Their prices are up there with some of the bigger plumber chains. Ended up with a quote for a little over 1k to install 2 bathroom faucets. Decided to contract them for the 2 hose bibs because they were already there and had a leak but did pay $500 for this work which was way over what I’m used to paying but I guess these are “pandemic” prices. Probably would not use them again based on their prices.

The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. 😱 I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.
