Felipe was professional and kind when I didn't have things in order he was happy to help pull parts together and come out a different day. No charge and refused gratuity.

Felipe is amazing! He installed all the plumbing in our new built custom home. He set the jacuzzi tub, tankless hot water heaters, water softener, and all plumbing lines and fixtures. He was always responsive, on time and professional. Late one evening the city water main broke at the street and my husband called and he was there in an hour at dusk. He stayed past dark and repaired it with flash lights to get our water back in just an hour. He is my hero! Thank you Felipe.

Excellent service. Felipe was able to identify and repair a sewer line issue that’s been causing problems. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest are the attributes that come to mind. I would highly recommend Pesky Root for any plumbing issues.

Pesky Root was able to replace two faucets in my bathroom and fix a stubborn toilet in under an hour. They even told me about a part that they thought might need replacing later, but recommended I didn’t spend the money yet. Who does that? They were honest, fair, and responded right away. The experience was excellent.

Felipe is the best plumber we've had in the 49 years we've lived in AZ. He did the plumbing for our extensive remodel of our home in the spring. He also did a major plumbing repair on our rental house. He gave us great suggestions and advice on the fixtures that would last. We ordered ones online that looked great on the outside but, when he showed us the inside they were mostly plastic. We would have never known. He was always there when he said he would be. He is very reliable and honest. He takes pride in his work and so do his workers. There is no question. He will be doing our plumbing from now on.

This was my fifth service with Robins. We've previously had toilets installed, water heater replaced, and faucets installed. This time we had them repair a bathtub sprayer wand that was shoddily installed by the company that renovated our master bathroom. The technician, Jon, was new to our service area. Justin was the previous technician. Jon was just as professional, thorough, and completed the job quickly. I think you can rely on Robins to have quality work done at great prices and honest fair assessments of the work needed. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Damon came out so quickly when we had a leak on New Year’s Day. He quickly determined the problem, got us set up with remediation, and was so personable. Highly recommend Damon and Robin’s Plumbing.

Wow. The customer service is incredible. I called at 10:40 am, they gave me a service window of between 11-2. They called back within 10 mins and had a tech heading my way, and she arrived by 11:30. My technician was Autumn, and she was incredible. She explained everything to me, she cleared the clog in my mainline quickly, and was incredibly kind and worked fast! I had another company that told me there was nothing they could do, and would need to come out on a different day to do additional work, and the scheduling department would set it up. I called 4 times and got the run around each time, and Robins Plumbing was a breathe of fresh air. Donna in the office was very empathetic and set the tone for the whole experience. They are INCREDIBLE and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help. They truly go above and beyond for their clients!!

Had an ergent emergency clogged that push the water back up the drain. It was on a weekend and the availability was there and Damon, came early than expected. Everything went smooth and fast, he did not just fix the problem but explain the problem as well.

Very happy with the service I received from Robins Plumbing! Matthew came to investigate a leak for me, and on his drive over to my home I just moved into, the main shutoff valve AND my washer shutoff valves broke. All three valves were replaced in the same visit, and Matthew found the cause of the leak! Would definitely recommend Robins Plumbing!!!

Great service! Had technicians available within hours on a holiday weekend. Pricing was fair and transparent. They had great communication every step of the way. Matthew was knowledgeable and great to work with, especially during something as stressful as a full water outage situation! Would definitely recommend and use again.
