Armando, showed up on time inspected leak provided 4 estimates. I choose the two that I could afford he was not pushy and did not try to up sell any products he did a great job we are very happy. We will definitely use him in the near future and recommend to family and friends.

Called on Saturday, couldn't see me until Tuesday.
Called regarding my water heater being replaced, they refused to give me even a rough estimate. So the reason I'm posting this, is so you do not waste your time and money on a service call for a quote.
They wanted to charge me over $7k for a water heater and replacement. Nothing special or crazy needed to be updated or changed. You didn't have to dig, go into the wall, roof, nothing. A very generic replacement.
The couldn't provide me with a breakdown on why the cost was so outrageous.
They said their water heaters are so great but for the price I could buy a new water heater every year for the length of their 6 year warranty and still have money left over.
They also wanted to charge me $300 dollars for a water heater pan, that cost no more than $30 at Home Depot and requires no installation besides laying it on the floor.
They also tried to upsell me in over $25k worth of upgrades and services.
The technician that did come out was nice and professional but it was a waste of my time to wait for them to come out to be quoted, which is a shame because I saw them in tiktok and they seemed like a good honest company and it's hard to find someone that won't over charge. I did feel scammed out of the $70 service fee as I felt it was a quick way to make money knowing that someone would not want to pay so much for a replacement.

Mi Plomero came out within an hour to help with a last minute fix. Bryan was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone especialmente para toda la raza! Great work!

This was my 1st time using Plomero En Phoenix and my entire family was very satisfied with the service. I contacted Plomero En Phoenix because my water heater was not providing any hot water for a couple of months, Armando explained to me the reason why the water heater had stopped working properly & provided with me with options to repair or to replace the water heater. Armando is very knowledgeable of his work and was able to replace the water heater within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Plomero En Phoenix.

Plomero was great to work with and super helpful from initial call to final service being complete. I appreciated their adequate communication and always keeping me up to date on appointment and when plumber was en route. The plumber was super kind and considerate during service. They explained everything very thoroughly before conducting any work. I would definitely hire them again for future service.

This company blew me out of the water! From the quick response to my service request, getting the service tech out in a timely manner, and the customer service and knowledge the tech, Bryan, provided, I wish I could give this company much more than 5 stars!! I’ve had so many plumbers come out and do basically nothing to fix my problem..Bryan showed up, did a thorough inspection, fixed my problem, and provided me a tremendous amount of knowledge about my plumbing in my house that was super helpful!! When he left I felt at ease about my plumbing situation and I felt relieved that it was fixed. HIGHLY recommend them!!!

This company was recommended to me by another company that I trust and I was not let down.
Plomero en Phoenix has a great team! They are very thorough and diligent in their work. They are not pushy in any way to make you feel like you have to do more than you intended. Everything that is done is explained before and after completing the job.
They came two seperate days to accomplish what I required. Each day the jobs were started and completed the same day so at no time did I feel like I couldn't accomplish my day to day things. One day it was shower and sinks that required attention and the next day it was hot water heater and water softener installations. They are neat and clean and leave your home without you feeling like you have to clean up behind them.
I know that if I have any questions, I feel very assured that I can call and get answers and I will not be brushed off.
Definately recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I will use them again when I have any future plumbing requirements.

First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested.
