We reached out to Diamondback as we were having a hard time finding a plumber that could take care of a rather large job. We had a major leak in the pipe that connected from the street meter to our house. It was the old polybutelene piping. We were hoping to have the entire pipe replaced as this material was recalled years ago. We got turned down from multiple plumbers as they did not want to take on such a big job.

The front office staff was so kind when working to schedule our appointment. We got a free quote from Chad and he got us on the schedule within a couple of days.

Dane showed up promptly on the scheduled date, dug a trench in our yard to re run the new piping and even moved the line so that it would be more convenient and help us save some significant costs (we would have had to tear up our whole driveway).

Dane and his teammate completed the job in two days as we originally anticipated, cleaned up any messes and educated us on the new lines run. We are so thankful for Diamondback as they saved our butts. They did quality work and within budget.

We discovered a leak around the flooring in our house. After checking with friends for referrals, we called Diamondback first. Sam and Dylan were at our house within 40 minutes of my panicked phone call. After listening to the troubleshooting my husband and son-in-law had already done, they asked us if we were comfortable letting them cut into the drywall to check one spot before they had to give us a quote to check multiple places in the house. We said yes, go ahead. And that was exactly where the problem was! Within an hour of their arrival, the pipe was replaced and completely fixed, and we could turn our water back on!

Sam and Dylan were so courteous, and I can't emphasize how much I appreciated how they listened carefully to what we described. They were thorough, completely professional, and very careful about how our house was treated. Diamondback will absolutely be at the top of our list for plumbing issues in the future if they arise again. Thank you for sending us an outstanding team to solve this water problem!

I use Diamondback Plumbing for my home in Chandler, and a rental I own in North Phoenix. All the service technicians are super knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. Their dispatchers are very helpful, and have worked with me on any scheduling conflicts I have. I wouldn’t trust any other company for plumbing, highly recommend!

Mikael (spelling?) was very punctual and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the issue and offered some solutions. He provided some great education too. I was very glad to be able to replace my cartridge out, and the pricing was very fair. Thank you so much to Mikael!

Diamondback Plumbing is open 24 hours, which is amazing when your AC goes out at on a Saturday afternoon. I called, and a woman answered who took my info and said the tech would call me shortly…and they did. They scheduled to come out Sunday morning, Tyree called when he was on his way, when he arrived he was professional and explained what he was going to do. He took pictures, showed us what the issue was and communicated everything. He was very nice and clear. He took care of the problem and an hour later… our air was back on! I would highly recommend Diamondback plumbing and I will be back if anything ever should occur in.

Our water heater was leaking, so called Diamondback plumbing. The technician came and told me that need to replace water heater. Gave me quote for $2,400. I asked for discount, he told me he can give me 10% discount. He made me sign on the quote for $2,400 and assured me he will give me discount at the end of the invoice. When the work was done, told me his office decline to give 10% discount. Can give only $50 discount. When someone misguide you, you lose the trust. Should have checked with office before telling the customer about 10% discount. Thank you.

We needed to make an emergency call for backed up pipes that affected the whole house. Lucked out and got Corey, he was so great. While working on our issue he could tell someone in a nearby unit was working on the same pipe. We went next door and sure enough they were, Corey cleared the blockage for both of our units in under an hour. Nice, personable, super efficient and knowledgeable - Diamondback is lucky to have him!

My mom lives in a mobile home and her bathroom flooded. She called me for help just as I got to work. I emailed Diamondback Plumbing, who I found online in a quick search, and they came out, assessed and fixed the issue all before 11 a.m. the same day. I could not be more grateful for their quick and efficient service.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we’re very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately. They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn’t be done for under $190. I’ve already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life. Have been doing business with diamond back plumbing for a couple of years. Absolutely the best plumbing service I've ever dealt with. The service technician Dane is a real professional, courteous and informative about what work he is Performing.. Also did it great job cleaning up when The job was completed.

Diamondback plumbing is a great overall value. They consistently beat the larger outfits in the Valley on price,, sometimes by about 20% or more. Their techs have a lot of experience too. The tech on my job, Gary, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable He answered all of my questions. If you need a new hot water tank, or any plumbing repair, definitely get an estimate from Diamondback!

My realtor referred me to Diamondback Plumbing and I called last week to have a technician check on my water heater because the water was not hot when I was showering. Initially the technician came out and recommended a flush but because the heater is so old, he suggested replacement. I was able to arrange to have it replaced quickly, instead of having to wait a couple of weeks like some big companies make you do. The technician was excellent, he came on time, I saw him on my cameras, he was efficient and had it installed and took the old one away. I’m so happy my realtor referred them to me because I’m fairly new to the area and didn’t want to get scammed and overcharged. Their prices are pretty fair, I had checked around before securing the replacement of my water heater.
I will definitely recommend this plumbing company to my friends and family.

Excellent service. A last minute referral to them from a friend. Scheduled same day appointment and with their text notification as to arriving shortly, they were at site before I got there. The service was done immediately and gave an overall assessment of the issue and upon my approval completed the job within an hour. Thank you for completing the task in a timely and professional manner. Great service from Erik and his teammate. I will continue to utilize them for my future plumbing needs.

**UPDATED - Heather has now retired and nobody at Diamondback seems to care about our business. Simple projects have been ignored or not done per the scope of work. Took over a month to get a quote for a small project and several jobs were not done correctly. Nobody called to discuss or fix.

Heather and Clayton are the absolute best! I've worked with DiamondBack for several years now, but Friday a drilling company for Cox Communications put their equipment through a tenant sanitary line. Needless to say, it was a mess. I called and Heather took immediate action to handle the issue, called out Emergency BlueStrike, and had Clayton there to manage the situation while we get the drilling company to come back out and move their equipment. The job went late on a Friday night and Clayton communicated with me until the job was complete. The most outstanding service for an emergency job!! I can't thank both of these wonderful people enough. Don't call anyone else. This is the best plumbing company in Phoenix.

Business next door had called Diamondback Plumbing Services to fix something. My car was in the parking lot, Diamondback's van pulled up, snaked the sewer cleanout which was in the next parking spot to my car. Sewer water was splashed all on the side of my car. Mind you the employee never attempted to see whose car it was. I went out and asked him about the splashed water and why he didn't ask me to move the car. He said he didn't even think about it.. I proceeded to clean off my car, the employee never apologized or tried to help me wipe off the side of the car. Now my car is an older car, but I do not want to have to touch sewer water when opening my car door. Just really disappointed in the overall indifferent attitude of the employee. He could have at least apologized and helped to wipe it off.

Extremely disrespectful of the fact that blocking a disabled spot is inconvenient for individuals like me who rely on those spots due to health limitations. And after I mentioned them blocking one spot they were extremely apologetic. Then they went ahead and parked their second van illegally in an empty disabled spot. Ridiculous and completely insensitive with an ablesist mindset!

I was impressed with the reviews and submitted online service request. The next day I called 2 hours prior to the appointment and the rep said someone called me and verified online appointment. I said no so that is why I am calling because I haven't heard anything. She confirmed the appt and service which was installing new dish disposal and removing old. She said $179 for installation unless something irregular comes up and that the plumber would go over new disposal pricing in addition. Service provider showed up 3 hours late without a call or update. I had my own new disposal that i purchased. He told me his rate was $189 an hour , that he would be there an hour and a half and this was ONLY to remove the old disposal. He looked at a plastic pipe under the sink and said he may have to replace that as well but he wasn't sure . What happened to $179 all in for install ? He asked the name of the rep I spoke to as a grab to consider me not credible. How would I remember the name of lady I spoke to 9 hours ago and the reviews are so good why would I have had a reason to. I got the confirmation of my apot at 5:30 pm well after i asked the plumber to leave. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
