We called and needed someone out ASAP to our Condo for a leak due to a rat chewing through our dishwater hose. They sent Jared and we are glad they did. It was after hours (of course) and he showed up within the hour. Diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, went and grabbed the parts to complete the work properly and professionally and didn’t charge an arm and a leg to get the work done. Which all that I’d say I’d probably use them again. What really sold me on the company and what will actually make me want to be a repeat customer was Jared. He was made us feel comfortable, his customer service was something you haven’t seen in a long time, and he just was genuinely nice to be around in a time when ya feel like things aren’t going your way. Definitely recommend Cactus Plumbing and if you land Jared, you are for sure in good hands.
