Our faucet installation was excellent. Jody was personable, knowledgeable and a joy to meet. Gabby, Customer Service, is also wonderful to work with, easily resolving questions or problems.

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Thanks walker plumbing for awesome and quick emergency repair.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking "if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow". I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

I have been seeing Dr. Hart now for several years! Hands down he is an amazing doctor! The best I’ve ever been too. He is kind and actually listens to you! If you want the best doctor in Tennessee he is the one to see! He has changed my quality of life! He is excellent at know what works so you can enjoy life.

I have called Walker plumbing for help twice now, and they have been prompt, helpful on the phone, and excellent on the job. The first time Clint came, and the second was Clint and Jody. This time, the problem turned out to be beyond our property, so the city needed to be called in to fix it. Realizing that I needed to call the maintenance department for help, I offered to pay the men who came. They refused it. I will always call on them for my plumbing needs.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say "I did not have the line". After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.

My water bill was close to $300 and I have been receiving emails from the city that my water is running constantly. I have not been able to locate the leak so I called Walker to investigate. The walk through was listening for water and looking for wet spots (all which I had already done). I asked about my water softener and the plumber said it’s making noise because of the timer. He didn’t even look at it. I asked if it could be my pool or my automatic filler. He said the automatic filler was running so it must not be able to shut off because it’s clogged. He said he fixed the issue and that should do it (my pool guy came out a week prior and unclogged my filler so I’m doubtful this was the issue). I asked if it was the filler wouldn’t my pool be over flowing or if there was a leak where was the water going then? He said I don’t know and I guess we’ll find out on your next water bill. I then asked him to look at leaks under my sink that were minimal but wanted addressed nonetheless. After looking under the sink he never identified the problem and offered no solutions. In fact he told me “it’s not a big deal”. I then proceeded to be handed a bill to sign for over $225 for the fix of my auto filler that was “apparently the problem”. Guess who is still getting emails from the city? Yeah didn’t fix it and didn’t even truly investigate, and honestly didn’t take my concern’s seriously or professionally. There also was no transparency in pricing and received my bill after he “fixed” the issue. I called the office to politely convey my concerns and to ask for help because I still have a leak. Not once did I even ask for my money back. I just need help. The woman was very pleasant but fast forward to next week and I still have not received a call back. I understand that diagnosing an issue can take time and may not always be right first time, but I do not feel an effort was made at all and that I paid for a plumber to drive out and tell me “I guess we will find out on your next bill” and that “it’s not a big deal”.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

We called Walker Plumbing based an a recommendation from a coworker. We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for. He was professional, kind, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing in the future!

What a great experience from the call to schedule service through to the service being completed. The scheduler, Kelsey, was thorough, courteous and professional. The service techs showed up on time and were quick to diagnose the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and explained everything. I was pleasantly surprised to know companies like this still existed! I HIGHLY recommend Walker Plumbing & HVAC!

Our water heater quit working and needed to be replaced. I contacted three companies – one a recommendation from the NEXTDOOR app, another a large company with large advertising presence, and finally a certified partner from Rosie on the House (weekly radio show). We got bids from 1500 to 3500 for what appeared to be the same job. The company that provided the most straight-forward quote with the most transparency was Walker Plumbing and Heating. They also were the lowest price and were available to install within two days. They also offered a discount to veterans.

The installer was pleasant and knowledgeable. We can highly recommend Walker Plumbing and Heating.

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

Today, 6/15/25, was the third time we used Walker Plumbing. My husband was trying to replace the shower's faulty valve, and something went wrong, so we called Walker Plumbing. They sent out John. He carefully cut away a couple of tile pieces and replaced the faulty parts. He did a great job and was fast.
I recommend Walker Plumbing; they have always done a good job for us. Our history- The first time was three years ago. Frank fixed a water leak and changed out and fixed all the outside faults. He did a great job. The second time was a year or so ago, and Jody helped us out with a pipe that started leaking under the concert. He had to cut away some of the concert and fix the pipe. He did a great job.

I have used Walker Plumbing & HVAC in the past and since they are a Rosie on the House vetted contractor, it was a no-brainer to call them to repair a slab leak. I had first hired a specialist to detect and locate the leak, however, their report was useless. Walker took care of getting the leaks located (there was a second tiny leak also detected) and repaired without breaking through the slab. John was amazing and I would highly recommend them-especially for slab leak.
