I scheduled an appointment for a water heater flush, and upon my request I was given clear, prompt information about a range of options that I had for my water heater maintenance. Ultimately, I had no work done today (my decision), and I was not charged for the visit. I was impressed with the knowledge of their employee, his helpfulness, and the clarity of his explanations. I will DEFINITELY keep using Rapid Rooter.

Our call for emergency main waterline repair yesterday resulted in Chance being here within 40 minutes. He quickly quoted a temporary repair and full waterline replacement. He then scheduled us for a permanent complete main waterline replacement today. He was back at 8 AM today and completed a hydraulic pull of our old waterline and installation of the new waterline in 2.5 hours total. Best part is that he completed this without having to trench our front yard. The pricing was much, much lower than another quote we got yesterday. Thank you very much for the super plumbing service we got from your first class company today!

Really enjoyed meeting Chad and Jessica. It what a unique experience having a husband and wife team taking care of my plumbing issue. They were so friendly and obviously enjoyed working together. They arrived on time we chatted for a little bit and then they went to work. had a few questions for them, which they happily answered and explained a few extra things on top of that. Repaired my bathtub fill valve cleaned up and we’re on their way. Did a great job and as I said was such a pleasant experience. They also looked at some other projects I may have in the future. They had some great ideas and gave me a ballpark figure on cost. They never hurried me or seemed like they wanted to get going. Such a refreshing experience. They also gave me a military discount which I appreciate so much.

Thank you to Rapid Rooter for your prompt attention to my various plumbing needs. After moving into my 93 year old mother's home, to care for her, I discovered leaky faucets, non-functioning toilets, and shower heads that were almost impossible to turn on and off. Chad and Jessica came to our rescue and fixed all that, and a few other things. Thank you for making an otherwise hard situation a lot more bearable, and thanks always for your pleasant attitudes. My tub faucet wouldn’t close and kept running water. I called Rapid Rooter and Seth came out quickly and was fast to diagnose the issue. He got it all fixed and is now working as expected. Seth was easy to work with, clear in what he was doing and showing me what failed, and did a wonderful job!
