We have used HQ Plumbing and Air on several projects over the years as well as our own remodel project for Plumbing, all new HVAC systems, Tankless Hot Heater and new Gas Fireplace. Their company holds the highest standards in the business. They are kind, professional and extremely knowledgable about the latests trends in their field. Their pricing is also extremely fair. This company has a mom and pop feel and cares about their customers. Will continue to refer them to all my family, friends and clients!

I have had two recent plumbing issues come up. The first was handled by Chad and Jessica and they did an amazing job at a fair price. One of the things that really strike me about them is that they are so incredibly honest and for one of the issues they told me about another way to handle it where I would be paying a lot less money. Today was the second issue that has come up on my home, this time Chance was the amazing plumber that showed up for my call. He spent time really explaining two different ways in which I could go on the problem. He came across as extremely knowledgeable, kind, and also very honest. Thanks for the amazing work Chad, Jessica and Chance.

Good service, prompt, friendly tech, well dressed and clean. Good communication for time expectation, ETA, etc. Unable to add the 5th star to do higher than average pricing. This was scheduled under non-emergency conditions, 3 days prior: (1) exterior hose bib replacement, (1) bathroom faucet filter issue, (1) toilet *LEVER* replacement, and (1) Delta shower cartridge...none of which required anything out of the ordinary - totaled north of $1500, for less than 2hrs of work. Either Rapid Rooter's prices are normally exceedingly high, we were victims of a zip code tax, or ALL plumbing costs have skyrocketed...or it's simply all 3.
