Had a leak under kitchen sink called Plumd smart and Justin was at my house within 30 minutes. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Had a quote from another company and it was twice as expensive. Will definitely call them for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend them.

I will never look to another plumbing/HVAC company! PlumbSmart has amazing customer service and great techs! They fixed an issue with our AC and got it back up and running much quicker than estimated. And I’m embarrassed to admit that I forgot to clean our dog run before they arrived. They took care of it and didn’t complain. How many other companies would do that? So grateful! Five stars!!

I have been a very satisfied & thankful fan of PlumbSmart for years now. As a single elderly individual, I have never felt intimidated or pressured to have work done. They have pretty much repaired/replaced anything plumbing related, be it inside or outside. Calling to set up an appointment or asking a question is always a pleasant experience. They never try to upsell. All service representatives are on time, personable, knowledgeable, provide quality work and take the time to explain and answer any concerns. Currrently, I’m partially redoing my master bathroom & had the pleasure of working with Scott who spent quite a bit of prep time readying the new space for faucets and shower system. He took his time and explained each step in detail, making sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and professionalism. Very satisfied. Called on Saturday and they promptly arrived Monday morning. Prices were reasonable. The tech was informative and even took before/after photos. A friend of mine recommend this company to me and I will now be recommending them to others.

This was somewhat of an emergency and PlumbSmart got to us pretty quickly. They found a couple other problems while they were here and got the job done efficiently. Also pointed out some other problem areas which we will be addressing in the future. We have an old house so we will use them again.

Adrian was just excellent. He is a man of high integrity and much knowledge and skills. You can feel extremely confident when you dispatch him to serve your customers.

I originally hired PlumbSmart for a clog drain $49.00 special. The plumber checked and said I had no problem and I received a $0.00 invoice. Wow. A company to TRUST. I called PlumbSmart after I used another plumbing company charged me $230 to install my dishwasher and would not fill and when PlumbSmart came out they found the other company had forgotten to turn on the valve to the appliance. Again, PlumbSmart did the service and sent me an invoice for $0.00. WOW. PlumbSmart was now on my speed dial. I needed copper pipe works, which would involve water shut off all for the units. Here again, I have to praise PlumbSmart, because they made sure to be there at the window I had set, on time and finished on time. I whole recommend PlumbSmart.

Luis arrived when expected and the work was quickly performed with no issues. A future issue that needs to be addressed was also pointed out to me. The only issue I have is that I was to have received a copy of the invoice / payment made via email and I have yet to received that; it's been 3 days since the service visit.

The Technicians for both plumbing and HVAC were skilled tradespeople and completed their respective projects timely and in a professional manner. Their work was clean and they respected the premises. They were cordial and explained what work was performed. The pricing was reasonable. I recommend them.

It seems that the plumbing department again does not provide the service that I experienced with the AC however i was in a pinch and called them again. They did reapond quickly however I told the office I am responsible for the payment (it was repairs at a rental) the texhnician said he couldnt do the repair if I didnt pay right then. I was at work and not anle to. He told the tenant that if he had to come back it would be more expensive. Had it been my home I would have sent him on his way and hired another company because threatening with price increase doesnt sit well with me. unfortunately my tenant wanted the repair done and offered to pay and get reimbursed later. I will not be using this company again especially Luis (I believe was the technicians name)

Everything went smoothly. The men did a nice clean and efficient job. My faucet was 40 years old so they replaced everything necessary to bring me up to date. Thank you,.

I needed a toilet shut off valve($25) and new fill valve in the back of the toilet ($20) for my rental property. Had an appt the following day between 4-6, they cancelled on my tenant and rescheduled for the next day. Found these guys on Craigslist and their slogan is “plumbers charge too much”. That they tried to do, charge an obscene amount. For maybe $50 in parts and half hour labor the guy quoted me with a quote of $313. Are you kidding me?! I denied the work since there was no trip charge. The only reason I’m even leaving 2 stars is the guys were nice enough and did the job for what we’ll call a reasonable price after some negotiations. Will never do business there again.

We had an issue with a water valve and trying to install an RO system and Smart* plumbing was recommended to us by a friend. We called in the morning and they could get out same day. This is an excellent company… very professional, very knowledgeable and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our technician was Scott… he replaced the water valve and added a valve for our RO system…Great Plumber and wonderful person❣️

Geno was very kind and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job replacing our shower fixtures! I definitely recommend Geno and PlumbSmart.
