I was referred here by second opinion plumbing who quoted $3,000 for new water softener and install w hookups existing - bc they only work in East valley. I spoke to owner Austin’s wife who was very prompt via phone and text w responses and quoted a very competitive rate (almost half of the above quote) for a new water softener install including a Clack valve with a great warranty. The unit was installed soon after I called and is a very good unit, assembled locally and with great warranty both from the plumbing company and from the manufacturer of the softener. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Nate was very professional and was alway available to answer all my questions.
The installation was clean and quicker than he anticipated and the price was very reasonable.

We had a very good experience with our technician Justin. He diagnosed the problem and repaired our toilet in about 20 minutes. We asked if he would take a look at our bathroom sink and he found that a piece of the faucet was broken. He went to Home Depot and found the part and installed it with no extra charge! This was a 5 star experience and when we have plumbing issue we will call emergency Plumbing. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend then to anyone who needs a plumber.

Once again you saved me! I thought I had really messed up when I change the cartridge of my sink faucet and Austin came out and was able to make the adjustments that were needed literally lasted maybe 5 minutes and had everything completed. Thank you for coming to my rescue and my time of need. I wasn't feeling well because I had knee surgery 3 weeks ago and I was struggling!

Emergency plumbing did an excellent job troubleshooting a bad construction job done really wrong by the original owner. They redid the shower plumbing and fixed a big non draining issue that I have had for several months. Austin and Heather are highly recommended!

A rep arrived swiftly when we called about our water heater breaking down. Everything was explained so well and we now have a new water heater installed just a few hrs later. Good price too and no stress.

I was in a bind on a Sunday night. Water had started pouring out of my sediment filter cannister and I couldn't get it to stop. So, I shut off the water and started researching 24/7 plumbers near me. I honestly tried calling one of the "well known" TV plumbers, but no one answered and went straight to voice mail. So, I called EMPA next instead and immediately got through to a real person who got me through to the owner right away. We set up an appointment for the same evening and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Fair price considering my dilemma. Austin, the owner, is friendly and professional. Explained what he was going to do and price before I agreed to get it done. Will definitely call Austin when I need any plumbing or AC repairs or replacements.

Justin was awesome. Came out on a Sunday and saved her day. Got our refrigerator working and ice cubes coming out. Yay.

Our plumbing tech showed up on time & had the problem diagnosed & fixed quickly. Pricing was very reasonable even at 7pm on a Sunday Thanksgiving weekend.

These folks were the first of the local companies to respond toy urgent call. Many others simply told me they don't handle RV emergencies. Austin, the he owner of this great outfit, not only responded but he handled the very specific part that was required to make the repair perfect to that of the OEM specifications. He made the repair once I made it safe and healthy for his effort including the evacuation of the remaining liquids that were still hiding behind the closed drain valve, and the repair has aone year warranty. On top of all that I was able to use Zelle to pay the bill in a cost free bank to bank transfer which was so convenient being a full time RV living person. Also offers a ten percent veteran's discount which made even more perfect. I recommend this to anyone with a plumbing or air urgency anywhere in the Phoenix city or it's suburbs in Arizona.

Austin came to our home via a contractor. I had a faulty leak that had nothing to do with contractor job. He went out of his way to locate an unusual valve, quickly sent estimate, and came within a few days, at time arranged, to replace valve. Also fixed a small leak. Both the work he did for contractor job here and for us personally seems to be excellent. He is personable and easy to work with.

Justin was great by keeping me up to date on his arrival time.
We negotiated a deal to replace the washer hook up valves, but to find that price only included "one" valve. I asked Justin to check the hot water valve to be sure that it isn't leaking also. I was told that the valve was good to only find that it also leaks after taking the hose off. Now, I need to call another plumber to fix the other valve. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is that they negotiated a price that I could afford and Justin was so nice.

I love this company. I called them on a Friday and they're out Saturday morning. I had a shower that would not turn off all the way and they immediately fixed it. Apparently they carry enough parts to take care of almost everything and they cleaned up their mess. Everything works perfect. I am thrilled with their quick response and their price. We had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Day. I reached out to them around 4am, by 10am everything was resolved. I cannot recommend Emergency Master Plumbing & Air enough. They truly came in and saved the day. Our plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and gave us a fair price for their services. This is going to be my go-to Plumber from now on.

I called on a Sunday evening. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. Justin arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He was pleasant and professional. I'm so happy to have a new plumber I can trust.

Justin and Parker were awesome. I had a pretty bad toilet clog which revealed itself over the course of 3 days of trying to unclog it, but Justin and Parker didn't give up. They tried every modality they could and eventually hydrojetted the clog out from the roof after hours of trying different methods. It was definitely costly at over $2,000, but they didn't give up. Parker is such a well-mannered young man, he even took his shoes off every time before going onto the carpet and left the bathroom clean before leaving. Thank you guys, so happy thats over!

Keith did a fantastic job. He hit all the marks from arriving on time, going through all our options we could consider, no pressure involved. Then doing the labor job involved climbing under our mobile with making sure all our gas lines were good and then ending with the clean up. He had a great attitude and would use him again.
