I called PlumbSmart this morning and they were quick to send a technician to my house to give me an estimate. After agreeing on a price the technician went to their warehouse to get the equipment he needed and completed my water heater replacement on the same day. We went from a tankless to a 50gal tank water heater and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you PlumbSmart for your fast and clean work.

A routine inspection revealed the water heater had been leaking for some time--long enough to develop two large holes in the pan. After negotiating a price, Matthew replaced the water heater adding an expansion tank, making some improvements to an outdoor faucet and leaving the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the work

Repairman was great and did a fine job in a timely manner.
Initial estimate for the repair was way too high! My veteran’s discount was only mentioned after I refused service, hearing the initial bid. (We appreciate the veteran’s discount.)
Now, no other business or company we’ve worked with has charged a credit card processing fee. You really need to rethink think this. It’s ludicrous and will certainly cost you business in the future! Worse yet, there was no mention of this until payment was requested. Bad, bad policy…

I had a plumbing issue over the weekend and had to turn the water off to my home and needed emergency service, I called H Q plumbing and air .. They responded in a timely matter and restored water to my home … The technician was very professional.. I would absolutely call them back if ever needed .

Had what I thought was a major plumbing issue in the bathroom... HQ came out, when they said they would and fixed the leak!! Very impressed with the speed and honesty ! Will definitely call again if needed!
