I was very pleased with the service from PlumbSmart. My water heater went out on a Saturday morning, the day before Easter Sunday. Guests were coming for dinner that day. At 8:00 a.m. I started calling repair companies. PlumbSmart was the fourth call. The fellow in the office said he had a tech that could be there by 10:30 a.m. The tech arrived, gave me a quote, and by 1:30 p.m. there was hot water flowing again in my home. I was especially pleased with his service as he was obviously a professional plumber considering the work he did. And, he was a very pleasant person to deal with.

I’ve used PlumbSmart since we moved to Phoenix. While working on the drains under the sinks Zach noticed the knobs were loose. He changed them out and saved me a huge water bill. Thank you. I had a new toilet installed. I was so pleased I purchased another one.

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First, I travel for work and my issue arose around 4 in the afternoon on a Monday, I needed the work done before I left on Wednesday morning. I figured it was going to be impossible.
I actually got scheduled for 8 AM the next day, which was pretty amazing.
Francisco called the next morning, right on time, to let me know he was on his way. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was friendly and professional and did outstanding work on everything I needed done. His attention to detail was top notch. Everything was done to exacting standards. In addition, I had some great conversation with Francisco as he expertly handled the required work. The price was more than fair and was exactly what I was quoted when he arrived
I couldn't possibly be any more pleased and I'm actually looking forward to having more plumbing work done just so I can interact with Francisco again.

Technician was polite- the issue is that this is the 3rd water heater installed by these guys in the last 6 years. First one was $1800- 6 years ago. That one broke, still under warranty but had to pay labor over $1200 for another one. Then - that one broke less than 2 years. Quoted $3200 today for new heater and new valve outside. Incredible

This was my first time using Plumb Smart and I was very happy with the service. I called at 11:30 at night and actually got to speak to a live person! I was able to set up an appointment for the next morning to repair a plumbing leak. Keith arrived on time, identified the problem and explained the steps he would take to repair the leak. He was polite and professional. I would recommend this company.

100% professional experience with all of the people who came to my house and also the people in the office. I’m very happy with the service and with the installation. They seem to really want to make the customer happy and I’m very grateful for that. My vents look perfect. They are straight. The air conditioning is working better already than my old one.
