We own a 40+ year old home and many pipes have failed over time. We have a Smart Bucks membership through Deer Valley Plumbing and it has been worth it. The first time after a higher than usual water bill, Max, David and Ethan determined that we had an underground leak to the pool. Ethan made a sincere effort to limit the destruction. After a bit of cool deck removal, the source of the leak was rectified by a replacement of piping with an on/off valve. The second time we called them the wash machine was back flushing and flooding our laundry room. Max and one of the other great guys ran a camera which determined that the pipe was full of gunk. After clearing the main using a mini-Jetter, we no longer had the problem.
We are always pleased with the service from DVP. They try to schedule you quickly, send texts and reminders, alerts when they are on the way and do quick online billing. The guys they send out are professional and nice.

I had an excellent experience with deer Valley Plumbing. Dave in the back office was incredibly helpful, organized, and kept me informed every step of the way — a true professional who made the process smooth from start to finish.

Max, who replaced my water heater, did an outstanding job. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. He also took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving — great customer service all around.

This is Joe and I want to commend Sam for his care and knowledge he came yesterday. Gave me a quote for an air-conditioning system and gave me a good price I’m thinking we’re gonna be really satisfied it gets installed tomorrow. Can’t get any quicker than that anyway I think it was a good call and also I’d like to mention AJ he came out and did an inspection. Did a very good job very thorough.

Our water heater died so we called Deer Valley plumbing to replace and install a new one. The technician, Ethan H, was very professional and knowledgeable, answering our questions about a standard heater or a wall mounted heater. Though he may be young, he was an excellent help and installed the heater quickly. We highly recommend Deer Valley Plumbing and Ethan.

Max did a fantastic job fixing our shower handle leakage. We also signed on as members and he went through all our plumbing fixtures to our satisfaction. As far as pricing goes, I'm not sure whether or not what we paid was competitive. But we are very satisfied with the work he did. We will recommend this company many times over.

I was referred by a neighbor after having another company come out for a maintenance check. The price was a $1600 difference! Noah was amazing! He went above and beyond. Bryant And Josiah ( apprentice)did an awesome job fixing our toilet and our hot water heater. The communication was great he told me step-by-step what was going happen the water was going be off. They were very respectful of my home and my property once again, dear Valley plumbing came through for us. We will not use any other plumbing service except for deer Valley and we’re thinking about getting our air-conditioning systems through them as well.

Justin was super prompt in coming out to help troubleshoot an issue with my water heater. I appreciate the professionalism and the timeliness.

This company communicates great and works hard at being on time. You can't always know what is going to happen on a job, and it is easy to be delayed. I received text messages and phone calls before they arrived. I definitely recommend them for any size project you have.

When our water heater stopped working we scrambled to find a place that could help us right away. We called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and we were connected with Zack who was able to come look at our water heater the next day. He called the maker of our water heater and got them to send a part next day air. When the part arrived, it was apparent that the part was faulty. This was unacceptable and Zack took it upon himself to call the company again and basically fight for the company to send a whole new burner unit. They did. We are happy to say we finally have hot water again. It took a little over a week to get everything up and running again but Zack was available the entire time when we needed updates. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

We used them for three years and spent $8500 with them between two homes.
I had an issue with a bill, and talked with the receptionist about the issue. She said Austin the owner will call me back within three days! Well, here we are day number TEN...I called back yesterday, and once again only got their voicemail.
It's sad to see once a good company now has gone down the DRAIN!!!

Austin and Heather did a great job! We had a leaking water heater on Sunday and out of 4 plumbers I called, this was the only company that answered the phone or had anyone available on Sunday, even though the other companies were listed as being available 24/7. They were prompt and were even able to repair a leaking faucet at the front of our house that connects to our landscaping, as well. I highly recommend this company!

After the third trip from a different plumber (thru our home warranty company) just to replace our garbage disposal and which resulted in no water to our water purifier or fridge, I called and talked to Heather. She was an absolute angel who went out of her way to come the same day. Within five minutes she assessed the problem (the safety valve was off...) and had it fixed. I've used this company several times and have always been very happy with their services, responsiveness, and pricing. Highly recommend!!!

Nate assisted us not only with removal & replacement of our water heater; but went above and beyond to work with the supplier to warrantee the existing unit that had failed. He could have easily just sold us a New Heater and charged SO MUCH MORE. Integrity is in short supply now a days.

All of this despite not having been the plumber to install the original heater.

Emergency Master Plumbing & Air are "Going Above and Beyond" what any other plumber would have done.

Nate came out and diagnosed both problems quickly. He explained and actually showed me the problems he detected. He gave me a couple of solutions/options for my kitchen sink leak and was NOT pushy. He went on to my outside hose bib issue and quickly fixed the problem. Now i can water my landscape without water spraying out from the connection! All in all a very satisfactory job. From the initial call to request service to the completed service it was 100% satisfactory! This company treats the customer right! I will be calling again soon for faucet replacement!

My ceiling started leaking profusely, after 5 on the 4th of July...but I called Emergency Master Plumbing and a technician was here within an hour, found and fixed the leak quickly. Great service, they came immediately (even on a holiday) and did a great job!

We can't say enough about Emergency Master Plumbing. They are our go to Plumbing Company.
We called them because the water valve broke on our guest bathroom toilet, we were able to turn off the main water to the house, and they dispatched a technician immediately when i explained the Situation. They fixed the issue, plus we had the technician replace all of the valves so we would not have any issues going forward. They provide excellent service and the technician that we had was exceptional and very knowledgeable. When you need a Plumber we suggest you give them a try you too will make them your go to Plumber.

My water softener system died and my water heater was 20 years old so I decided to get estimates to replace both. I ended up choosing Emergency Master Plumbing. Their estimate was competitive. I upgraded to a tankless water heater and added a filter to my new water softener system. They arrived on time and did a great job. They left the job site clean too!
