Great service. Reed was on time, courteous, and quick to get to work. Had to go get a special part and came right back. Very fair price considering we were quoted more than double what West Coast did. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about West Coast Plumbing. Last week I had an appointment for a possible leak from my AC. Turned out it was not the AC. Because Steve our Tech took the time to poke around in a Hot Hot attic for us he discovered the leak location. He called their Plumbing side and within a few hours I had a plumber on site. Dave our Plumber found the issue and returned within the week to make the repairs! WOW! I truly hope that you call West Coast Plumbing and Air for your needs in Fireside. This isn't the first time that Steve has come to our rescue! Thank You, Thank You!

These guys are absolutely stellar. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, cost effective and so much more. Brian's team just left my townhome having fully rehabbed the old cast iron sewage lines that were falling a part. A very intimidating job from my perspective as a homeowner especially after seeing the cracked, corroded pipes they had pulled out but these guys knocked it out right on schedule. They are definitely the only place I'll be going if I need plumbing or air services.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. Service techs and customer service reps all extremely nice. I will definitely be using them again!

Brian G. was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. He fixed our showers which were slow draining and he also fixed our dishwasher which was not draining at all. I've used them previously for our kitchen sink slow draining and they fixed that as well. Pricing is not bad either, both were under $300. I'll definitely continue using them! Thank you guys!

Our experience with West Coast was nothing short of amazing.

Obviously, not having a working AC unit in Arizona is a very frustrating experience (Especially when your home is only 2.5 years old). When we first started experiencing issues, we first reached out to Chas Roberts (which was a mistake). We continued to have problems and we came across West Coast through our neighborhood Facebook page. Jerry, Nate, and their team began coming out to try and fix our AC unit from hell. I honestly believe we had lemon unit, as they would fix the problem before it eventually going out again.

What my wife and I appreciated was their customer service and communication with us throughout the whole process. Eventually, we made the decision to replace our AC unit and both Jerry and Nate helped us select which unit would be best for us. The team installed the new unit and now we’re worry free - enjoying the AC.

I highly recommend this company. They were nothing but helpful and professional.

Great experience! Called on Saturday to have our condensation line cleaned out and they had someone here on Monday afternoon! Instead of them just cleaning the line and leaving it, they did the right thing and fixed it. I've always had family in this industry and have never needed to go to an outside company until they've all retired. I found West Coast Plumbing and Air on social media and knew we would use their services when needed based off all the stuff they do in the community. We are very pleased with our service!

Had my water heater go out and we called 3 other companies before someone recommended West Coast. The other 3 had terrible service and/or crazy quotes. West Coast showed up same day, the tech gave an honest and fair proposal, install was quick and the quality of work was great. I would highly recommend them.

I had a water leak in the back patio of a townhouse. The water had to be shut off on 14 unit in order to do the repair so it was important to do the repairs fast. The hole was already dug out but the line was over two ft. deep and completly filled with water. The two men( Richard and Cannon), really busted their behinds to bail the water and quickly make the repair. I was impressed. I worked 18 years in cuntruction and it's nice to know there are still people who are willing to work hard.

I would recommend West Coast plumbing to all my friends and family! The reason being is the customer service. We had a leak and needed two new faucets and Brandt came in and fixed everything. Not only did he fix everything, he is so knowledgeable and he explained how everything works. Brandt’s customer service is absolutely amazing!!!!!! He interacted with everyone in the house and was great with my 3 year old son!! Kudos to whoever hired Brandt, he deserves a raise!! Thank you Brandt!!!!

I would like to applaud the twice in two days service, and quality of professional treatment by your plumbing technician, Richard; and today by he and his assistant plumbing technician, Cannon.
They arrived on time, wasted no time , got the initial issue resolved, resolved another in the process, and we now have confidence that the plumbing issue(s) have been corrected.
Both of these men should be recognized for not only their abilities, but their courtesy, and professional demeanor with customers .

Patrick and company (his shadow from Washington) and instantly figured out my problem and gave me an estimate. They were early, communicated well, and were clean and courteous to me and careful with my home. Will definitely call them again if I have an issue.

So have you ever felt really comfortable with the workers in your home as if you knew them and you knew that they were going to do a great job and you knew that you, your home and your belongings were safe. That's the way I feel every time any employee of West Coast plumbing and air is at my home. I feel like I'm getting high quality work high quality equipment and all installed and maintained by people who give me confidence in their competence and I feel comfortable being around. I've used them for years now they just installed a new a.c unit and hot water heater. I'd mostly had plumbing issues prior. Either way. Great company

Reed came to my home December 7. The problem was a leaking pipe just at the point where the water service enters my house. He had to saw and chip out an area of the block wall on the garage side of the pipe, replaced the copper, added a new spigot and got it all done in about three hours. He even went to Home Depot to get concrete to patch the hole. This is outstanding service and the price was very reasonable in my opinion.

Reed came back February 4 for another leak, this time the service line from the meter to the house and the leak was under the sidewalk. He did a lot of digging in the mud but fixed the leak for a very reasonable price, in my opinion.

I decided to have the entire service line replaced and Brandt and a helper (Nathan?) came out February 16, and spent the day digging to replace the line. Again, I think the cost was reasonable and the work was done well.

West Coast Plumbing & Air is an awesome company. I have had them out for both air conditioning and plumbing issues over the years. The service has always been the same day/next day unless I instructed them there wasn’t a rush. Their employees answering the phones are polite and courteous. The various technicians have always been professional and seem very knowledgeable, arriving on time and willing to explain the A/C or plumbing issues and the work required. Quotes given were reasonable and didn’t change post work completion.
Recently my water conditioner failed and was stuck in back-wash mode. Called West Coast Plumbing & Air on a Thursday morning and the technician was at my house that same afternoon. He shut the water off to the unit and was back the next morning putting the new one!
It is so hard these days to find companies you can trust. West Coast Plumbing & Air is one of the good ones!

I had a top notch experience with this company from start to end, and then some!

The HVAC technician was knowledgeable and offered a lot of great information about my system I wouldn't have otherwise known. The team who handled an entire-day's worth of repairs was respectful and left the place clean.

There was an issue with the water being pumped to my chiller that wasn't immediately fixable, but the technician came back a couple weeks later having been reminded of my issue while on a similar job. He promptly got the pipes working and I seriously could not be more grateful.

This is hands down the best experience I've had with a Plumbing/Air company. Do not sleep on these guys!

Came home to a main line water leak. Called and they were out at my house within an hour. The technician, Brant did an awesome job. Located the leak and repaired it. Decent pricing. Friendly. Highly recommend.

American Home Shield has been sending techs to my house for a year and a half trying to fix my AC . Gave them $4000 and the AC still wasn't fixed. I canceled American home shield because they would not hold their techs accountable and they would not take responsibility for getting my it fixed. West Coast Plumbing came out and had my AC fixed in four hours and charged a reasonable price. Tech was very professional. Got the job done!

After having called several Local Plumbers in my Venue, Carefree/Far North Scottsdale/Cave Creek, and either receiving no callback, or not showing up as promised, I contacted ‘West Coast Plumbing,’ after noting many excellent Reviews, and in a word this was a flawless, Professional experience from setting the Appointment for an estimate, to the actual job(s) completed by Logan the Technician. This involved both an in the ground leak to, and at my Pool, and, Installation of a replacement Hybrid Water Heater that Rheem, Company supplied after the original failed whilst under Warranty. This meant picking up the New Unit from the Standard Distribution, who it is to be said was not cooperative, but THAT matter expertly handled by West Coast Management, to returning the failed Unit. The jobs, while not cheap, was worth every penny out of my pocket, and I very much believe I got what I paid for….no regrets here. I will use ‘West Coast’ soon to use their AC Division.
