Option one plumbing was the best choice I could have made. Sammy was on time very knowledgeable with a fantastic personally. Very professional and did a great job. Sammy gave us some options for future work to completely repair our main clean out line. At this time Sammy cleaned the line best he could and it is working great even thou it needs a repair. Thanks option one and Sammy. You guys have a great employee with Sammy would certainly like to have him back out next time we call.

Sam was on time and very professional. He was knowledgeable of the problem and was able to explain the issue to me in way that I could easily understand. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion and was also friendly to my cat that pestered him during the repair process

Very impressive! First, was the same day response. Our technician, Tim, arrived timely, was very personable and professional, and quickly came up with a solution to an issue with the gas hookup for our range. We were only charged for a service call when we had expected the cost might be hundreds to resolve the issue. We’ll definitely call Option One the next time we have a plumbing need!

I had a clogged toilet and bath tub and Option One was recommended by Pat from Affordable Plumber AZ LLC. I called and was given a 9 to 11 time slot and Sammy arrived at around 9:30. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He cleared the clog in five minutes and explained what the issue was. I was so worried about the cost to fix my issue since I'm on a fixed income but $86 bucks later, all is well! I have future projects on my fixer upper and will definitely used Option One again.

Jesse is OUTSTANDING. He went waaay above and beyond to fix my shower. Honestly, he's the nicest plumber I've ever met. I hope you'll use this company too. They deserve the business. Thank you again, Jesse and Option One..

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this company. I was referred to them through my AC company due to a clog with my drain line, that so happens to be connected through my master-bath sink (condo). In turn, my AC would leak as a result. Option One was prompt and even arrived earlier than scheduled, on a cancellation. The technician, Michael, was very informative and changed out a part and fixed the clog!!!! He was a pleasure!!! I was impressed from the moment he walked in up to the minute he left. I will be calling on them for any plumbing issues in the future!!!!!!! Great job, guys!!!!!!!

My In-Laws had a leak in their ceiling late Friday night. We called Option One Plumbing and they sent Roman to complete the repairs. He quickly arrived and changed out the broken pipe. He was very friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. Before he left, he cleaned up his work area and left it cleaner than when he arrived.

This company came as a referral from my handyman. I got same day scheduling; the tech gave me a text when he was on his way. I asked if he minds if I come to help and watch and he had no problem with that. He and I hit it off right away and he said he was glad I was there to help-I even ran to the store for him while he performed other work in order to maximize his time on site.
Upon diagnosis of the issue, he told me what he was going to do and gave me a palatable price and told me how the price could be different once he performed more analysis of the situation. I felt I was in good hands and after he explained the different options available and the probably results from all the choices, we both agreed on the best option for the house and pipes involved.
I'm very happy with the service I received from Option One and would recommend them to anyone having a major plumbing issue.

We discovered there was a lot more that needed to be done than we expected. Daniel worked with us for the safest plan that we could afford. We have always trusted OptionOne, but were beyond impressed with the service we received today. Highly recommend Jesse for his tenacity and willingness to “try one more time” to clear our drain - the third time was the charm! Adam followed up with a tour of our pipes via a camera and fully explained our situation. Thank you again gentlemen - well done!

Tim did a great job fixing our toilet. We apparently have a wierd toilet that takes an odd size bolt that he didn't have, but he figured out a way to fix it He was knowledgeable and a very nice guy. And he gave us a very fair price.

Fantastic team… Tim is an expert plumber and is kind, patient, and honest. He got our drain replacement scheduled quickly with fair and reasonable pricing. I really appreciated Option One’s educational videos on their website to really learn why the plumbing method Tim chose was our best solution. Jesus and Luis who dug the holes and prepped the replacement were thoughtful, communicative, and kind as well. All around, a well-run company that I’ll be turning to for any plumbing need.

Devin did an amazing Job! We had a completely rusted an unusable backyard water bib/spigot so we couldn't water any of our plants or flowers. That was until Devin came to the rescue. A quick call to Option One Plumbing and Devin came out and replaced out spigot... the original owners had welded the old piping to the old spigot so after some clean cutting Devin replaced some the old piping and new spigot. He even educated us on the types of piping that was in the original foundation and made some awesome suggestions. The spigot he added he even explained how the pressure and water quality can wear down pipes. Very friendly, very quick, very knowledgable and effective. If I could drop another tip here I would. Devan and Option One we've got you guys on speed dial now. Thank you soo much!!!

This is my second time using them, and my last. I had the demo previously done by a company to reveal the leak coming from my fridge supply line. A 1/2” poly line. Approx 18” in length with a pinhole leak. Option One came to replace it while I was gone (my wife was home). I was called by the tech to replace the line with I agreed to because he was there already. Assuming it was a little more extensive I agreed to the $650. After getting home I realized it was very simple, with a 90 degree fitting, for $650. Quite high for the worm that was done, and with the demo being done already. These are pictures of the old line that needed replacing. I’ll save money and get more quotes next time. Nice people though.

I am so grateful for option one plumbing! Sammy, Ruben, Fernando, and Tim were who I worked with, and they were all SO fabulous! They did amazing prep work to keep the mess to a minimum, which I super appreciate. All their holes were dug so well, neat and tidy. They clean up after themselves, and where very respectful of our family and life situation. They work quickly and efficiently, and I just can’t praise them enough. Thank you!

They really are Option 1! I used the Option One of the Carolinas, in Concord, NC. Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt highly valued! Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns, responding with both short-and-long term solutions at different price points. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!
