As a professional plumbing company, you would think that they know what they are doing... unfortunately NOT!! They charged my boyfriend $100 to come out and "unclog my sink". Instead they poured chemicals down my drain to then be emptied from the pipes onto the kitchen floor. The plumber left with a mess, and 1 hour later the supervisor came to the house to then give a quote of 3,800 to fix the "issue". The issue was fixed by my boyfriend accessing the correct clean out in 20 minutes.

Option One Plumbing is my only go to plumbing company!!! Fernando Trejos replaced our new hot water heater the same day I called for help! He showed incredible professionalism, promptness, and determined work ethic to get the job done!!! Thank you so much for all you did to make our lives better!!! You are a true Blessing to the company and customers!!!

We had a major back-up, and had to have lines replaced to the kitchen sink and 2 bathrooms. Adam and Ruben were excellent! They answered my multiple questions, cleaned up as they went, and went the extra mile to not have to go through a second bathroom floor. Adam is moving, got a new job out of state, so I am sure the company will miss him. He and Ruben were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We had an employee out from option one last year in July. He came and looked at our walls then went upstairs and changed the overflow piece on our spare tub and told us not to take baths in there anymore. Well here we are almost a year later and had black mold and significant water damage in our walls that we originally called about and he did nothing about. Do not recommend this company.

My name is Mark Z I had a plugged up toilet. The owner of the facility called option. One plumbing had a really terrible experience with the last guy. I told the man I hope I don’t have a bad experience with you. He was very polite. His name is Sammy. He did a fantastic job not only did he go way above the call of duty it was fixed, and I give him a thumbs up.

Tim was awesome!! This guy was knowledgeable, polite, and had my whole home unclogged in less then 10 minutes!! Will definitely ask for him again…

Amazing value, very happy with customer service too. We needed septic line rootered, and it only cost $83 for everything. Called Friday night after 8 PM, it was very easy to setup the appointment for Monday. The plumber who arrived was very friendly. He came a little late, but they called us to tell us about it during the regularly scheduled time window 9-11AM. I will definitely use again!!!

Andrew was awesome! We loved him! He was super fast and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I wish everyone that we hire was as professional but also as super nice as Andrew. He fixed everything right up for us. A person in a Verrado neighborhood facebook group referred us to Option One.... They came out and looked for free and the repair was very affordable! We called around 8am and had someone here by 10am... The lady who we talked to on the phone and scheduled us was wonderful as well! We will definitely refer our friends and family to you guys.

Sam is professional and he has tons of knowledge. He was able to fix my tub drain within 15 minutes. Great price. Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with Option One! We’ve had Fernando, Tim and Sammy out on jobs. This is actually the second time they came out to help us. They are so helpful and knowledgeable!! We have had drains replaced and a mainline drained when another plumbing company caused issues.

Fernando and Tom came to fix an issue that came up in the our Master Bathroom over the weekend. They were timely, responsive, and worked very quickly. I am very grateful and would recommend Option One Plumbing to anyone who had an issue!

Absolutely worthless company. Have used them multiple times for both of my business locations. Never again! I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday of last week. They were able to get me scheduled for Friday. Then Friday they called me to say they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule me for Saturday. They typically have a weekend fee of $150 that they said they would waive since it was their fault they couldn't make it out. Seemed very reasonable and although I was frustrated that they changed the appointment, I was ok with the arrangement. Fast forward to Saturday morning and I get a text telling me they are going to need to charge me the $150 weekend fee and that's just the way it is. I explained that whoever I spoke with told me the fee would be waived and they said no, my supervisor is saying that was a miss communication. I'm like good business is a miscommunication?? It's time to move on and find a more reliable and reputable company. Don't waste your time and money playing these scheduling games. Option one just went to option never!!!!!!

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

They are amazing!!! My time for them to be here was pushed back but they were very apologetic and super nice about everything. When andrew showed up he was extremely friendly and funny. He gave me my quote and said he could repair that min!! His work was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend them!!! I would give 10 stars if I could... oh the the quote was reasonable!!!

Had an emergency situation at the house put out some feelers and option one was not only quick to respond but they were able to fit me in today which I really appreciated the communication from the jump was very professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and completed his job with no issues very professional able to explain the situation and was in and out in no time. I definitely keep them in mind.. I highly recommend this company.

This isn't as much of a review, as it is a Thank You to Andrew and Tim and the team who helped us get our house put back together. Andrew was the "lead" on our job and showed up extra early every morning, and called us with an update at the end of almost every day. He and his team busted their butts to get our job done WAY faster than we could have ever expected. We had to move out due to the large scale of our re-pipe and new sewer line, and they were there continuously every day getting the job done. Thank you Andrew! You were a blessing during this difficult time of having to move our family out of our house. You made a terrible situation just a little bit better! Onto the review portion....We found one of our bedroom floors soaking wet one morning and called around trying to find someone who does leak detection. Option One showed up the next day (after the first company we had come out couldn't do leak detection, even though what's what we called for) and located a leak in the hot water line under our slab. Once we went over options, we were more than confident in choosing Option One to run new supply lines through our house. They had to move the supply lines from under the slab into the attic to avoid digging up and trenching throughout our whole home, which was recently remodeled with tile no longer in production. Once they opened some walls, they found our sewer line was also cracked. They ran a scope to check how bad it was, and showed us there was cracking throughout. We knew we had to run a new sewer line while we had everything open (we got a second opinion and bid, to be sure, but Option One was slightly less expensive and both came to the same conclusion that a new sewer line was needed). We continued on with Option One after the great experience and relationship we already had, and they finished running all new supply lines and a new sewer line all in less than two weeks (including the time the remediation company had to come dry out the bedroom, and do asbestos testing and remediation). This was a massive job and I can't complain about one single thing they did. We ran into some issues along the way (not because of them, but because of how our sewer line was run) and they were able to come up with options, present them to us, and let us decide how to proceed to complete the job in the best way possible. Option One will now be (pun intended) our first option for any plumbing issues, repairs, installs, or any type of plumbing we need in the future! Thank you Andrew, Tim and all of your team!

Option One plumbing was a wonderful choice! Andrew and his team took great care of our home while under a major renovation project, and they completed all of the work (and then some) within the original estimate and timeline. They worked around the clock to get it done and went above and beyond. They were very trustworthy, kind and so helpful. We would recommend them to anyone and would use them again and again!
