Great job on a claim I had with Fidelity home warranty! Easy scheduling, came on time, and fixed both garbage disposal and installed new facet. Took couple of calls to be able to reach them, but were very polit and efficient. Jose was my technician. Called 30 min before arrival and commutated well. Highly recommend.

Fidelity scheduled them for me to do plumbing. First time they scheduled a time without contacting me, but fortunately the time worked. They came out, refused service saying it wasn't covered (even though it was), then said they could do it for me separately. Second time, they scheduled a time without contacting me again, and despite calling 20 times over the course of a day, it took me escalating to Fidelity in order for them to contact me to reschedule. They rescheduled me for 11am-3pm, which I accepted and scheduled my day around, but this morning last second they emailed me changing the time to 11am-5pm. Again tried contacting them, finally getting an answer after 10 calls over the course of 4 hours, only to be told "I'll inform our techs and see what they can do." I then received a call from on of their techs at 2:30 telling me he had only just heard about my original timeframe and he wouldn't be able to make it our for a couple hours, so I got to waste half my day sitting around waiting for nothing.

This place sucks. Would not recommend. Definitely don't try to call them, they will not answer the phones.

Twice now, my homemwarranty company has assigned VPD to be my plumber. Twice now, they have shown up to my door without first scheduling an appointment. The first time, I wasn't even in the state. The second time, I was not in a position to have a service provider in my home, having to leave about 40min after they arrived. This second time, the service provider seemed angry that I wouldn't allow him in my home, and in a threatening tone told me he was going to call the warranty people and cancel the service call.

I do not feel safe with VPD in my home. This is not a reasonable way to conduct business, especially when every other service provider I've ever had through my home warranty, has called me to schedule the appointment.

Update: VPD told me they scheduled the appointmentnthrough my warranty company. Home warranty contacted VPD to corroborate or dispute my story. According to the home warranty folks, VPD told them they did talk to me and schedule the appointment. Do not use VPD. They aren't trustworthy.

Veteran's Plumbing is an honest and affordable company. I've used them for my property management company and personal residence. I highly recommend them.

I called Veteran’s Plumbing and Drain, LLC in the morning for copper pipes fittings change to help my husband with replacing our water heater. The receptionist took my information in a courteous and professional manner. The technician, Jose, arrived at the specified time and immediately started the work at hand. He was almost finished with the job when I asked how much he would charge us to finish the semi-difficult job of connecting the new water heater, and he gave us an offer we could not refuse. He finished connecting the new water heater very fast in about 25 minutes, I know that would have taken my husband 2 to 3 hours to complete. We highly recommend Veteran’s Plumbing and Drain, LLC, thanks Jose.

A few days ago I had a pipe that was leaking in the attic and water was running down the wall. American Water Resources set me up with the company Veteran's Plumbing & Drain LLC and I couldn't be more happy with how everything went! Within 24 hours they sent out Jose who was on time, friendly, and very professional who got the job done fast and efficiently! Thank you Veteran's Plumbing & Drain LLC and American Water Resources for making this a stress free experience!

It is beyond me how they only have 2.9 stars!!!!! They came out yesterday and assessed the leak we have and Jose told me he would be out today with another guy to fix the leak and dig up 10 feet, 10 FEET OF UNDERGROUND PIPING!! Sure enough right at 7 am they were here and starting working right away! It is 11 am right now and they are done!!!!! I couldn't Believe it no problems no pop up surprises or anything just got here and got the job done!!! And done right to!!! I'm so so so happy and proud of them! Thank you Jose and the other guy you don't even know how much I appreciate you guys!! Can't say enough GOOD things about them! Seriously they are top notch!!!!!! Thanks guys God bless you both! Great great great service and great work!!! I do recommend them highly!! And also be prepared to give them cold water not that they ask for it but they don't stop! They work until it's done!! So I had frozen water luckily to give them once again thank you both so so so much!!!!

Home warranty company sent them to fix a couple of plumbing problems at my house. Most of the work wasn’t covered by the lousy Home Warranty company, (which they failed to advise me of in advance). Needless to say, I was upset and irritated. The plumbing technician, Frank, was patient and he figured out how to the job at a reasonable cost. He was upbeat, polite and did excellent work. I do not recommend Fidelity, but I do highly recommend Veterans Plumbing and Drain.

They were sent out by my home warranty company and this was my first issue since owning my home, which made me a little leery at first. They came out on a Saturday night to help diagnose the problem and then came back out Sunday to start the fix. They had to replace my cracked main line and install a main level clean out, which my house did not already have. Since my house is older it was not cooperating and the tubs would still not drain completely, but Jose did not give up! He came back out Sunday night but still did not have any luck. Jose and his supervisor Frank came back out Monday morning and were able to clear the last of clog and explained everything to me in detail. I will be using Veteran's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs I may have!

I should be able to give 0 stars. Veterans Plumbing is a scam. My aunt had no choice but to use this company due to her home warranty company. She had water damage in the bathroom. The only thing wrong with her toilet was it needed a new wax ring. Veterans Plumbing took it upon themselves to replace the toilet ($1,500 btw) when it wasn’t needed. That’s the first issue. Second issue, Veterans Plumbing claims to only order American standard and they only offer a wall mounted toilet that is too tall for my aunt. As you can see, she cannot touch the floor while using the toilet. She had a traumatic brain injury a few years ago and is a fall risk, having to use a walker to ensure she’s safe. When she told Veterans Plumbing that the toilet is too tall, they laughed and said “use a step stool.” We’ve already gotten a second opinion and were told that there is, in fact, another standard toilet that can be installed that is shorter; so that’s a lie. Veterans Plumbing is refusing to replace the toilet or even take it out and refund the money because now it’s a “used” toilet since it’s been installed (she hasn’t been living at home while the repairs to the bathroom are being done so it has not been actually used by her). At this point my aunt has paid $1,500 for a toilet she cannot safely use. There are further actions we are taking to try to correct this but please note, Veterans Plumbing will not correct this. Avoid this company at all costs.

They came out for a clogged drain, said the plumber was not up to code and wouldn't touch it and left. I called my home warranty company back and got another plumber out and it's fixed now

We had a great experience with Veterans plumbing and drain LLC. We contacted fidelity and got scheduled right away to get our sink fixed. Jose was very honest and had great communication. He also went above and beyond and helped us get it all fixed. Thank you and we recommend them!

Do not judge a book by it's cover!! Fantastic company!! Veterans did an amazing job at my house!! Frank showed and was a complete professional from the time I opened my door. He examined the problem and got the jod done in a prompt, timely matter. He went above and beyond in making sure the job was fixed and all my needs were taking care of. Extremely upset with the quality of work we received from this company. We used them due to our home warranty directing the work to them- we did not chose them. We have already had to call and have a different company out to assess the damage that Veterans Plumbing caused to our home and to fix the water heater as we didn't have any hot water once they installed the new unit.

Ive uploaded pictures that detail the dry wall damage, screws left on the garage floor (2 found near my car), the installer SPIT SUNFLOWER seeds all over the garage, got solder on car parts that now have to be replaced- also dripped solder on the garage floor, down the wall and on my husband’s tool box, the pan that the installer left my house to go and purchase from Home depot is not the right size and was clearly forced around the unit. Because the pan was forced it’s now straining against the wall and causing more damage. The drain hole as pictured would not work properly.

This install would not pass a home inspection!!!!

Bottom line, they caused so much damage we have filed a claim against them through the homeowners insurance. Beware of allowing anyone from this company in your home.

Level of service and quality is laughable.

They came out for a water issue and spent most of their time on the phone with my home warranty company ensuring the issue wasn’t covered so there was nothing they could do, after paying my $100 service fee to my home warranty company. Then they tried to talk me into breaking open the walls to get at bad pipes when they didn’t bother to do a scope. I wouldn’t trust them and certainly not call again.

Eric is a star. He & Jesus fixed a total plumbing stopage @ my house from 330pm until 830PM a few hours after service was requested. More to do but most of plumbing works. Both are very pleasant. Best plumbers yet.

Daniel showed up to look at leak underneath kitchen sink. It was an easy fix as hose from faucet was the cause. He noted that the on and off valves underneath the sink were corroded and recommended they be replaced. Next, he took a look at my water heater which is located in outside closet and recommended replacing as it was 30 years old and part of it was corroded. Since it was late in the day, he came back the next day with water heater. First, he completed repair to faucet hose and replaced on and off valves underneath kitchen sink. After he removed old water heater, he noted that the valves and pipes behind water heater were leaking so they also needed to be replaced. Total job was completed just underneath 4 hours. All in all, it turned out to be more expensive than anticipated but due to age, corrosive valves, etc. it was certainly time to replace. I took advantage of financing that was available for half the cost of job, which was helpful.

Daniel concisely explained everything before beginning the job and afterwards showed me where the on/off switch was located on water heater, demonstrated where pilot light was located and how it worked. He was knowledgeable, respectful and extremely patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend him and Option One Plumbing.

Robert did a great job hooking back up our existing garbage disposal and drain for our kitchen sink. They were very responsive to my questions and on-time for both the estimate and work to be done. They even accommodated a last minute minor change with no increase in price! They were very professional in their work and left my kitchen clean when they were done! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Very honest..My dog Luke loved him he worked right beside him the whole time Tim was so friendly with him too...he turned a stressful day into a great day!! Thank you so much..

If you are looking for competent service FAST, Option One is for you.
They have a very modern and efficient system.

Service person contacts you when he's on the way with a text and photo. Then he contacts you with a bid for the work,. Then contacts you with a photo of the completed work. Great for me as this was a rental and I was not on site when he arrived.

Jimmy (the plumber who showed up) was very professional in his communications skills and seemingly in his work.

Again, while pricey, they are efficient, easy to deal with , warranty their work.

I would recommend and use their service again. Negative: The tech was running late and I had to call the main line for a status update. Positive: They were very responsive, providing a callback with an updated ETA. When the tech arrived, he was very professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem.
