Andrew, John, Armando, and Zack have helped me through every type of plumbing experience...pex, crimp, brass manifold construction, hot water heater, fittings, p-traps, drainage, fixtures, hookups, etc... with 100% spot on advice, great pricing (compared to the box stores and even better than online), and friendly service. In my 20 years of moderately involved home improvement, this crew stands out as working the hardest at customer satisfaction. I'd even recommend them to my picky, complainy, never satisfied german mom. And they have free icees!

Great atmosphere, & awesome customer service. Been going to these guys for a couple years now, a breathe of fresh air compared to Fergusons. Very knowledgeable about their products & the plumbing industry & they don't make you feel stupid for asking questions....well if they do it's probably because they like you lol.

After going to Lowe's and NOT finding the simple tool that I thought I needed (basin wrench), and NOT getting answers to what seemed like a simple question regarding a kitchen sink (how to get the mounting nut loose so I can remove the faucet)... I went to the plumber's crack on 19th Ave near happy valley and talked to Zach.

He was more than happy to assist me with the right tools for the job (just needed a slightly bigger set of channel lock pliers) and the right motivation to get it taken care of with ease. Thanks Zach! I will definitely go back for all my plumbing questions and supplies!!

I purchased a 50 gallon electric water heater and installation supplies. They had everything I needed in stock. I was in and out in just a very few minutes.
Turned out, the water heater that I bought had a leak (not their fault) and had to be replaced under warranty. Again Andrew handled the warranty replacement like the pro that he is. I recommend them to everyone. I will definitely do business with them again any time I need plumbing supplies. They now have two locations.

Ryan helped me out a great deal! He walked me through the manufactures warranty process without any issues. I called ahead, provided him with the info from my faulty warrantied hot water heater, and he had one ready and waiting for me.

He also walked me through the process of changing it out, as I have never done this before. Most helpful will definitely be back for any plumbing needs I have, and highly recommend them to anyone!

As a DIY for minor plumbing repair around my house.. I just found a best professional local plumbing supplier store here in N Phx area. It's got the best price (beating the big box store and Amazon). Other retailers should take notice, this is how you run a store. Have very knowledgeable staff with great attitudes but have great prices as well. Not only beats the big box stores in pricing but online retailers (Amazon, etc) too. We walked in with a fairly unusual component and the associate made a comment about what we needed before we even reached his counter. Maybe get a hot dog and slushie as icing on the cake.
