Very pleased with the work Bryant completed. I didn’t expect to have a whole house filter installed the same day as I started seeking a vendor to do the service. Deer Valley was Johnny-on-the-spot with communications and setting up an appointment. It was to be later in the day but Bryant surprised me and called to let me know he could come much earlier. He came. I bought. He had it professionally installed before the originally scheduled appointment. Totally professional and his work is something any homeowner would be proud to show off. Bravo Deer Valley.

We had a toilet that was sliding due to the builder improperly installing it. Mike B came and took out the toilet and installed properly and put in better parts. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I couldn’t have picked out a better plumber.

Service scheduling was very prompt. Technician Taylor T was very courteous, personable and very technically knowledgeable as well as detail oriented.
Could not think of any shortcomings. This is my first experience with this company and I am very happy with them and Taylor. If all their service people are like him, they have a strong work force.

It was a straightforward drain clog removal. Taylor T arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and thorough. He explained the different ways for cleaning the clogged drain as well as the prices. Within minutes the drain was clear again. In addition to that basic service, he inspected the plumbing of the home and utilized a camera to inspect the pipe, assuring that everything was in good condition. Bryant was the main technician who installed the water softener and RO for us. He worked until very late before the holiday season last year. He stayed informative and courteous the whole time.
Another tech, Chase, came to help for a couple of hours. He was also great.

I had Ethan from Deer Valley Plumbing replace three toilets in my home and he did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, started at 10 AM and worked straight through until the job was completely finished around 5 PM. He was very professional, cleaned up the work areas, and even cut the counters to make sure everything fit perfectly. Everything looks great and works perfectly. I have Bryant and Josiah (intern) here replacing the gate water valve shut off.
Apparently, my valve was very old and the threads were stripped so my gate water valve was half open, which resulted in very low water pressure.

I was given a very honest, reasonable and affordable quote of $360 to fix repair and replace the gate water valve.

Another company had given me a deceptive and unrealistic quote of $790.

I’m extremely satisfied with your two professional polite, well mannered
hard-working gentleman who were at my house within 20 or 25 minutes after making my service call and talking to the supervisor, Dave.

Bryant was extremely articulate and honest with me as to the job he was to perform and how much time and detail was involved,…
like cutting the pipes, soldering on new pipes, and attaching the new water valve.

Josiah is a polite new intern observing and eager to learn his industry.

I like to ask a lot of questions as a female senior homeowner because I like to learn about what the job being executed entails,.
And how to maybe prevent the problem from happening again or maybe I could even try to give it my best shot at the repair the next time.

This is something I would've NEVER been able to do by myself. Lol... so I appreciate it very much when your Deer Valley Plumbing representatives were eager to answer my questions.

Every little bit helps.. as I just had to come up with buying a new refrigerator, sink, faucet, garbage disposal.. and then last night just innocently trying to toast some bread under the broiler my whole entire oven blew out..
so now I have to buy a whole new convection oven. Oy Vay!

He even picked up our customer supplied order/ We are DV customers for life in the Valley! We discovered our leak , called DV and ALL our needs were fully repaired-with a MAJOR holiday day off- in 4 DAYS TOTAL!!! Angel Mendoza was my technician he is very knowledgeable and spent time checking all connection and reviewed the entire system!! He was not able to make the furnace work so he called for warranty technician to come out!! I was very satisfied with his work!! He was very good and I would recommend this company for any HVAC work!!

Deer Valley plumbing and air conditioning did and extraordinary job! They explained everything to us every step of the way! Everything was very transparent. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!

They came out to fix a leak, they were able to identify the leak and reroute the water line. However when doing that they left a pipe open and when they turned the water back on it caused more damage than the original leak had caused.

After they rerouted the plumbing it took about 10-15 minutes to get hot water in some parts of the house. So we called them back out to look at the issue, they said it was no problem everything worked fine and that we were getting hot water just fine no issues, however until he came out for the original leak we had never had issues getting hot water it was always instant. After I looked at it and researched and figured it was a problem with the reroute that had messed up the water recirculation system or that’s where the hot water issue was, we asked them to send a different technician out to solve the problem. Despite booking it weeks before unfortunately the only person available that day was the same guy that had told us all was good the time before. I told him about what I had figured out about the recirculation and this time he said everything was working fine the last time he came out (despite the fact that it would take forever to get hot water). But now this time it’s not working right because of our hot water recirculation pump is broken.

Not sure yet if it’s the pump, or the water reroute it could be either, but if it is, it was broken before the previous time when he showed up and he said everything was all good. So unfortunately I’ll need to have a different company come out to resolve the issue. I definitely would not go with this group again!
