The absolute worst.

The owner will not respond to issues with new camera products he sells in a timely manner (MOST of the time NO reply or communication at all). He’s either incompetent or doesn’t care or perhaps both.

Not one time has he done what he says he will do. His word means less than ZERO! I had to go directly to the manufacturer for resolution.

When you have to go around the distributor and speak directly to the manufacture, you know you have the wrong supplier.

Came in here for a rigid camera locator device and was pleased with the service I received. I was given an instant discount and found the staff very polite and helpful. I will continue to purchase my tools from this vendor. Tom- Rapid Fire Plumbing

Always friendly and quick with repairs. The company I work for uses them and have never had a problem. Chuck is fun and very knowledgeable. Plus they have free snacks.

Chuck was very helpful. They also had very affordable options to get me a camera set up immediately to help me start my business. The deals were thousands of dollars Cheaper than I was able to find online. I highly recommend going into their store and checking out their inventory.
