The person was lazy and rude. I called and was told he was let go and Jason would call me back. After 6 weeks and 5 call's I have still not received a call. I would never recommend this company.

Do not use this company! I gave them 4 shots! The girl who answers the phone never, never follows through! Each and every time she says "I'll get back to you".. Never does. SMH... The $900 job you lost!

Jason is the best and I literally won't have anybody else come out to my house to do plumbing work. Very professional and a great person to work with!

Wanted to get a hot water heater replaced they are super expensive. Got the same job done less than $400 Happy Valley Plumbing Quote.

They came to unplug my drain and their machine broke and left cable inside my drain.When we called he was very rude and condescending he blamed us our drain broke his machine we still had to pay for service not done and had to contract another company to replace pipes they broke. This is how it was left .

I have a home warranty. They couldn't come out when I asked (Friday) so they said Saturday. They never called on Saturday to let me know they couldn't come out. I tried calling on and off for 5 HOURS. No response. Then I had to wait until Monday and go to find out they cant service my request. Its Tuesday and now I am waiting for a different company. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS.

Ryan, hands down is the best. On time, professional, polite and went the extra mile. I will only use Happy Valley plumbing after the service I recieved today. Thank you, Ryan!

I hired them to run a gas line from my meter
When they got into the kitchen they removed some sheet rock
I asked them if they were going to fix the holes. They said we don't do that. Nothing was said to me. I called the company they said they would get back to me
Well that never happened. I was out $250.00 out of pocket

07/13/2019. Jason was professional, conversave and a wealth of information. Attention to detail. Prices are very fair ! I will continue to use Happy Valley Plumbing from now on.

Ryan did an excellent job in finding source of leak under sink, made the repair. We discovered additional leak in the faucet, and he came out next day and made that repair as well. He was courteous, on time and professional.

I used these guys through my home warranty. They replaced a toilet and had to come back 2 weeks later as it was leaking. No questions asked they were out the same day the leak started. Professional and respectful, I will absolutely recommend them to others

Jason was Great! Punctual, efficient and a nice guy. He installed a hot water heater and re circulation system and on top of great service he was very reasonably priced. Highly Recommend!

Jason and Nickolas did an awesome job replacing kitchen faucet. Efficient and friendly maintaining covid restrictions. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

This is the 2nd time we've called Jason at HVP, and both calls he came out same day, repaired the issue, and charged less that almost anywhere else I've found. We won't use anyone else

Not only was Jason able to come over quickly, but our garbage disposal was replaced within an hour! Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable service. I will definitely be calling these guys again if the situation arises!

My plumber Isaac went above and beyond. For a year I had another issue which he fixed without me mentioning it. It was a huge blessing! He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Horrible experience with this company. Had technician come out for a wobbly toilet and without taking the toilet off, told me that the flange needs replaced and it would be about 24 hrs for them to get parts and they would call me to schedule the repair. Waited 48 hrs and still no call...I called and had to leave a message....waited 48 more hours with no call back...I called and was told they were waiting on me to approve the cost of the repair?!? Didn’t make sense but sure, I will pay for the job that is done. Make appointment for technician to come out between 3 & 5 and was told he would call me when he was on his way which is great, I work 10 min away and can be there when he calls. I have a missed call at 2:41 with no voicemail so I call the number back at 2:44 with no answer. I get home shortly after and wait until 5:20 and still no technician. I check my cameras and no one has come to the door while I was gone so I call the company and they tell me he attempted to call and left a voicemail, went to my home and no one was there. All lies. Not a trustworthy company. I do not recommend.

I would highly recommend Happy Valley Plumbing. I have used them for several different services (dishwasher leak, outside faucet, water backup on my kitchen faucet) Jason was nothing but awesome. Very professional and responded very quickly to the service calls.

I used them through my Home warranty. I had an plumbing issue in the master bathroom. The tech replaced the handle and that didn't last a day. He had to come later to replace something else. That didn't work.Then he replaced my toilet with another one that was not equivalent nor comparable to what I originally had. I had a Mansfield, this new toilet is smaller and doesn't have a name on it. I don't know why he didn't just replace the inner parts in the tank, not the whole toilet. It took the technician over a week to get back with my home warranty company. Now I have to use another company to rectify the problem I am an unsatisfied customer. They had the opportunity to make it right and choose not to. I will not use them again nor would I refer them.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with Jason. We had a concern with a noise we were hearing when the toilet flushed. A google search told me it was either nothing or a catastrophe waiting to happen. Jason called me back within just a few hours and kindly explained to me what was going on, and that it was completely normal. While I don't need a plumber today, if I ever do need one, I will call Jason immediately.

BE AWARE!!! We called Happy Valley Plumbing for a clogged shower and toilet. Your technician Jamie came out didn't even run our shower or toilet and then told us we needed to have a wall cut out and pipes replaced within all of 5 minutes!!!! Needless to say we called another plummer and it was fixed easily. This company doesn't even deserve a one star!!!!
