This company installed a hot water heater in my home in July and the hot water line is completely rusted and leaking. When I called them Jason was rude and not helpful at all. No solution, no question about the job, he didn't ask for any pictures. When I tried to explain what was going on, he was short and argumentative saying that he installed it right, but if that was the case, why would it be leaking and rusted after 8 months. If your not going to honor the work that you do, then get out of the business. If you going to be rude to customers to whom you have served, be prepared for recourse. Stay away from this company however you find them or are directed, they are RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE, CHEATS and have absolutely no INTEGRITY.

I was replacing my toilet in the master bath and realized once I got the existing removed, the flange was completely deteriorated. This was a bit out of my comfort zone so my friend referred me to Happy Valley plumbing based on his own great experience with the owner. I reached out on a Sunday and in a matter of minutes I got a response from the owner letting me know he’s getting me on the schedule the next day.

The owner reached out 30 minutes before to confirm our appointment and let me know he was en route. He took a look at the job, and with no hesitation knew exactly what he was going to do to fix the problem. He was very informative and let me know exactly what he was going to do and gave me a very reasonable price to do the repair. Not only did he repair the flange, he provided an extra wax ring (in addition to the 1 with new toilet) to ensure the seal was good and there will be no problems moving forward. He completed the job and installed the toilet, which was not what I originally expected to be part of the service call. Left my bathroom spotless and was very professional.

In addition to everything, he also stopped by the next work day to quickly close off the slightly open backyard faucet's valve which was causing the water meter to move slightly.
