Jason is the owner of the company and came out immediately when the home warranty company called him . I had a leaking toilet spewing water everywhere . He called 15 mins before he arrived .. arrived on time .. and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired it and was in and out in less than 45 mins . He was very polite , professional, and nice . I would highly recommend this company !

Happy Valley Plumbing was excellent to work with. Their timeliness and workmanship are top notch. After the work was completed they walked me through everything they did and how to maintain the water heater on a go-forward basis. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing related needs.

We were given their name from our home warranty. At first our water heater wasn't going to be replaced for 5+ days, but after speaking with them, they were able to get it replaced in one day. We have a family of 6 kids and 2 adults and it was a blessing that they were able to make some changes to the schedule. It was great that they have professional individuals working and making their customers happy. We will use them in the future for other needs.

Not sure where to start because everything about this company was just GREAT!! Long story short... had another plumber out to check out our water heater leaking last week. Out of nowhere we were looking at $1200+ for "horrible" water damage to our water heater platform and mold remediation. Thankfully we decided to give Jason, the owner of Happy Valley Plumbing, a call. Not only did he confirm the platform was in good condition & absolutely NO MOLD... which saved us hundreds, but he was on time, professional and he even left the area clean (previous plumber had left a mess) We are so happy with this company and give a huge thank you to Jason. Not only for being completely HONEST, but for being kind and informative. We just found our lifelong plumber :)

We have had the good fortune to work with Jason and his team on different occasions over the past 2-3 years. Cannot say enough good things about the way the have performed professionally, timely and with a high level of client interests, on every occasion. Called them out for emergency plumming due to a clog in the sink on a Thursday. They couldn't get to me until Tues. the following week. When the guy arrived we told him our child poured candle wax down the sink. The plumber never looked at the sink nor did he check the pipes underneath the sink. He immediately told us that we would need to get a high pressure flush which his company doesn't do. He stated that he would contact our warranty company so that we could get the high pressure flush done. Which I thought he was taking care of when he was sitting in front of our house for 45 minutes. Called them Wed to see when some one was coming out to fix and they stated that they don't see any updated information from Jake. They then reached out to jake he said that he was calling my home warranty to get it scheduled. Thursday afternoon came and I still didnt hear anything. Called my home warranty and Mr. Jake never reached out to get my EMERGENCY Plumbing scheduled. After a week of draining out water so that it didnt over flow my husband got the candle wax out of the pipe that jake refused to look at. No high pressure needed just him being lazy. It took 30 minutes to fix. I called to file a complaint with Jason the manager and his response was I will have a talk with him. I was shocked that no resolution was offered and no concern for this type of unproffessionalism was there. Avoid this this company if you value quality customer service completed in a timely manner and reliability.

Laundry room pipe was leaking from within the wall and showing on the drywall. Jason came on-time to the scheduled appt and was quick to assist! He was great, professional and repaired the faulty pipe in no time! Definitely recommend this company and Jason!

Happy Valley plumbing is the worse. 1st they sent a tech that was having a difficult time fixing my drain and he kept cussing while he was working on it. He was frustrated. At the end he told me it was fixed! By my surprise it wasn’t fixed! I called again, they sent someone else i think this time was the owner and he said it was fixed. once again the drain wasn’t fix at all. I guess they dont care if they fix something or not! I’ll be posting my review on yelp as well.

Not a good experience. Called upon them for a number of plumbing issues. First off, I was told that they were going to call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Did not happen. Second, the tech was less than thorough and instead took more time and effort to tell me why he couldn’t do the work at the time than to evaluate the true issues. The complete time spent in my home was 8 minutes before he left, promising a call back to reschedule when he had the appropriate parts (for only one of the issues). Never received that call back days later. Third, I called their office requesting a call back from the owner, Jason to discuss my experience. A day later, no call back. Fourth, made a second call to the owner. He finally called me back and was rude. Fifth, In the interim I called another plumber. It was discovered that Happy Valley plumbing misdiagnosed the problem....surprise... (which was covered under a warranty when the tech of Happy Valley plumbing told me it wasn’t), costing me a delay in repair and more money!

We have been using Happy Valley Plumbing for years and had a serious emergency related to our hot water heater. We called Jason well after business hours, and he responded immediately to the issue at hand and then the next day repaired venting needed to the roof from the water heater. We highly recommend Happy Valley Plumbing!!

Happy Valley Plumbing came to my house within 24 hours for a leaky faucet. I thought I would probably have to wait for an appointment for this non emergency for a couple of days, at least. The best part was the service man was punctual, very professional and efficient. He was great! I would have Happy Valley Plumbing back to my house for any plumbing issue in a heartbeat.

My experience with Happy Valley Plumbing was pleasant every step of the way. I would highly recommend that anyone that has the opportunity to have Jason do work on your property, does it! We were assigned to happy valley plumbing through a home warranty for an upstairs shower leak. They came quickly and assessed the situation to get it repaired quickly. They even returned more than 30 days later when I had a concern to make sure nothing was wrong with the drain repair. Tech Jaime was very nice and professional. Highly recommended will use again in the future.

I previously gave Happy Valley Plumbing a 5* review for work done in our home several years ago (2019). Since then, I have used them for a number of projects both small and larger in scale. They have repaired a leaky shower head, replaced a bad garbage disposal, installed a water softener, and moved some water lines/installed a shower pan when I was renovating a bathroom. For the first several things I would have (and did) give them a 5* review. When they were helping with my bathroom reno in January of 2021, they did a poor job of installing the shower pan and after several subpar attempts by different employees I ended up doing it myself. Nonetheless, I did not change my rating of this group. Until today. On Sunday (6/11) I noticed that my water softener, installed by Jason at Happy Valley Plumbing about 3 years ago, had a small leak. I called them Monday (6/12) to see if I could get someone to come out and have a look: No response. Called again on 6/13: No response. 6/14: No response. 6/15: No response. As of 6/15 I decided to call another plumber since Happy Valley seems to have no interest in responding to client calls or coming to stand by/repair his work, and my small leak is now significantly worse. Based on my recent experiences with this company, I cannot recommend anyone uses them for any plumbing needs.

The whole Happy Valley Plumbing team was amazing! From scheduling the appointment, to Jason coming out to diagnose and resolve the issues at my home. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day and had the leak fixed within an hour of getting to the home. I would recommend them to anyone. AJ recently helped us replace a hot water heater. He was communicative and extremely professional. And can we talk about how beautiful his copper work is? He took his time, asked questions when he needed my input (didn't make any assumptions) and was very polite. I'm 100000% satisfied with the work he did and now he's my go-to for all of my plumbing needs - forever. Great job!!

I first used Happy Valley Plumbing (referral from my electrician) 3 years ago to install a water softener. This year we bought a another house and started a full renovation including all plumbing and fixtures. My general contractor didn't have reliable resources so I called Jason and asked if he could handle all the plumbing work. His team (and particularly Jeremy) did an outstanding job in all areas. 2 days after moving in the water heater that was original with the house burst. No worries I bought a home warranty, who took 4 days to get someone out then tried to get out of covering the water heater (do not buy warranties from Old Republic!). Now it is 2 days before Thanksgiving and I have family coming to visit, I need hot water. I called Jason who had his team out within hours with a new water heater and recirculator and saved our Thanksgiving.

I can't praise Happy Valley Plumbing enough, their prices are fair, their service is impeccable, and I would not use anyone else ever again.

I finally found an awesome plumber. These guys are the best, came out next day after my hot water heater went, when everyone else I called was telling me 3 or 4 days. They do excellent work, professional, friendly. I will never call another plumber.
