Great store employees and great pricing for Pros
But the Rudest manager in all the stores.
I've been in the plumbing service field for 22years now. Remember when they were on 15th Ave,
Always shopped Van Makrke but her attitude is a big non sell point.
Not sure why she is allowed to carry that attitude and or even why she would be rude to customers that are making her store sales.

Just said and must not be happy in life

The blonde counter worker was incredibly rude. As a contractor looking for something specific which required some digging she treated me like I was a common criminal. I’ve been coming here for over a year without plant issues and today was my last time in the store. I realize they are in a convenient location, but I would highly recommend looking for another source.

I had replaced my water heater last May, so thankfully when I had an issue, it was under warranty. I called and left a message and Jamie returned my call first thing then next day, as they were closed when I called. Clint came out that day and was earlier than the projected time. Thankfully he was able to fix my issue right away. He was very kind and a good communicator. He made me feel less stressed as it had already been a hard week. I’m so thankful to have a reliable company to be able to call. Thanks Clint!!!
