Best plumber I have ever met and I have 33 years in the trades, so I've met a few!

Dan is excellent at his trade, was able to fix a shower valve that other plumbers weren't able to properly repair. Good communication, showed up when he said he would, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Petra Plumbing

Simply THE BEST. Dan is older with obvious experience in all aspects of the trade. He does the job, be it a toilet or a hot water heater installation, right the first time. He isn't the cheapest, but if you want quality work and peace of mind, he is your man.

We had 6 plumbers to the house for an issue with our septic line caused by another plumber. All 6 had a different solution, all solutions were tearing up pieces of our foundation. Dan showed up with his nephew, they had the problem solved in 4 hours. They left our foundation intact...great team. Dan and Tevin.

We used Petra yesterday for the first time. We’re in an older home and have tried many different companies, licensed and unlicensed. Dan and his assistant replaced a water line. This company is licensed, professional, fair pricing , knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. I high recommend Dan and Petra and I have tried many plumbers!

Sheldon was very knowledgeable and determined correctly the issue before even arriving at the house! I called Zippity Split after two other plumbing companies came out and failed to diagnose the issue. Wish I would have called them first! We had tree roots coming in from the flange (luckily not through the pipe) which caused the toilet to back up and not flush. Sheldon got us taken care of and I really appreciate his honesty and communication throughout the process.

I've had the pleasure of receiving plumbing services from one of Zippity Split's finest employees, Brett Schut, and he is a real professional. He worked on my washer machine, my HVAC, and my toilet, and his customer service and work ethic is second to none. I can tell he enjoys his job and working with people. I would recommend him 100% and the company should consider him as a chief asset.

They were very polite and quick to help us out. We just moved here and needed some quick check up on our water system. Kevin was amazing. He knew exactly what new families to Arizona needed to know. I highly recommend AZ Water, Drain & Sewer. I found myself without my usual lineup of available contractors and got this contact from a family member. It takes a lot for a contractor to make my contacts list but I have a new plumber! I had a long list of repairs and preventative work to do and Kevin made quick work of it all. Everything from taking over an unfinished job to move a water heater back into a closet, fixing faucets, replacing faucets, replacing toilets, diagnosing leaks, snaking drains and replacing our sump pump in the basement. All of this work was on a pretty tight timeline so their turn around time was impressive. Kevin was friendly and communicative--he was straightforward about options and made suggestions based on cost vs. necessity. He helped connect me with warranty issues. His team cared about my home and cleaned up their work. I've honestly never had such minimal impact from work being done in my house. There wasn't any debris to pick up or personal items to reset or smudges to clean up. There are a lot of great plumbers out there but sometimes finding one can seem like a needle in a haystack... The best ones definitely come through word of mouth, so I'm happy to recommend AZ Water, Drain & Sewer!
