When I called, 2 rings and someone picked up. Love that. After telling them about my drainage issues they sent over a technician right away, not next week the same day! The guy that came his name was Ben and he was very kind and professional. After going through the problem areas he gave me an estimate and got the work done earlier then expected. They were very fair in their pricing and showed up and did their job well. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will absolutely call again. Highly recommend!!

We are having sewer pipe issues. A gentleman named Jeremy from Zippity Split came out. Though the news was far from good he showed me videos of my nasty pipes and explained in detail everything that needed to be done plus different ways we can go about getting it done. Very professional and helpful

Tommy politely and efficiently assessed my concerns, which were no challenge for him. He had everything fixed quickly. I would definitely request Tommy again, but both Zippity Split techs who’ve come to our aid have been excellent.

Tommy and Zach showed up on time and quickly got to work locating the leak in the wall. They replaced the busted pipe and ensured that was the only area leaking. They even checked the water pressure to make sure everything was good.

Prices are competitive, techs are professional and courteous, and completed work is top quality. After this second successfully completed work, Zippity Split is my official go to. After two quotes from questionable companies hired by the Buyer of my clients' home for sale, I knew from the videos that the results were questionable. A lot of guessing and "I thinks" followed by quotes that didn't seem reasonable for undetermined scope results. I was referred to Jeremy at Zippity Split. Really great company! Got me in within a couple hours of me calling about my water heater. Brett my plumber was very nice and explained things to me about what was going on with the leak. Appreciated how kind the company all together was. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

This is the best and most reliable plumbing comp in all of phoenix metro. Amber, the company’s scheduler is one fine sweet and ultra pleasant lady. So professional , knowledgeable and polite. Don’t even think to call another plumber!!

We had a leak the showed up in our front yard. Turned out to be our water supply line. It was a 50 year old mix of metal pipe and plastic. We decided to just go ahead and fix it correctly by installing a complete new line. Expensive, but I feel really good about the decision. The guys did a great job installing and cleaning up. I just posted my experience with these guys for a water heater I had put in last month. I was pleased with their service so I had them come out yesterday to check and decoy my shower drain. It was taken care of quickly and thoroughly and he even checked my other bathroom drain to make sure I did t have a problem there as well. Very nice guy, reasonable price and it’s nice to take a shower without standing water.

Marc C and his team are wonderful! They are responsive, professional and diligent. We interviewed several companies to replace a broken sewer line and found Marc to be upfront, fair, knowledgeable and he took great care in helping us. This company is great. When we have had a pipe break during termite treatment they were on the spot. During bathroom and kitchen remodeling AJ and his dad helped us as needed. If so.ething goes wrong they fix it, very dependable, knowledgeable.
