Had 2 very old (70 yrs!) toilets and a frozen shutoff valve. I contacted Zippety on Sunday, they responded Monday, and by Tuesday I had 2 new toilets installed with 2 new shutoff valves. Price is what I would expect of a single toilet replacement. Ben was outstanding - courteous, communicative, efficient and clean. This is my new go-to!

To get a good understanding of why I chose Zippity Split, I learned of them from their segment on Sonora Living, AZ. Love that program. Being new to AZ, I have had fabulous outcomes from companies that appear(ed) on their program (H2O Concepts being another).
I am in the process of buying a building so I can open a Rest Recovery Wellness Studio in Buckeye, AZ, offering use of a Hyperbaric Chamber (sitting in a room vs a "tube"); infrared saunas; cold plunges; salt room; PEMF Therapy; red light rooms (full body); compression boots; and float spa.
During the inspection it was discovered the sewer line was compromised. I want members to have the best experience at the studio which means ensuring the water waste goes out the pipes and does not come back up through them.
I received a quote from the sewer company whose employee inspected the sewer line. I noticed, with the help of Jeremy from Zippity Split, that the quote was wholly inadequate as it lacked detail regarding the scope of the work to be done. I would also have to pay others to repair the parking lot as "finishing" work, not included in the quote. I would have had to "rely" on the "conversation" the first sewer company had with me "saying ‘X’ would be done,” without them putting any of these promises in writing. Additionally, after receiving the quote, I requested the owner of the company visit the property as everything he initially said to me about the sewer report I received was contrary to what was written. I was shaking my head at the disconnect.
Jeremy of Zippity Split is AWESOME. He arrived early and was already busy at work when I showed up at the appointed time. He had scoped the line and was working on a solution. Jeremy saved me money because his repair plan would not require the added expense of restoring the parking lot.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, the manner in which he would erect concrete spaces around the sewer caps will protect them from the cars that will drive over them. This ensures the caps will remain intact, not break like the current ones did. Jeremy paid attention to detail to protect the integrity of the work they will do, as opposed to others in the past, who did not, that led to the sewer’s failure.
One of the best parts was just getting to know Jeremy as an individual (initiated by me to see what type of person he is). He is clearly not a salesman - he is a plumber who solves problems for customers for 25 years to come - yes, that is their warranty, and it is transferrable, if I ever want to sell the business/building. I am new to AZ but do not know many plumbing/sewer companies that warrant their work for 25 years.
I am excited to have flushed out the culprits who lack the integrity of Jeremy and Zippity Split while looking forward to smooth sailing when the "members use the equipment" in the Rest Recovery Wellness Studio at Buckeye.

My toilet broke and they fixed it right away. The dispatcher was super friendly. They were here the same day right on time. I received a text before the tech arrived with his picture, his information , and an ETA. The technician was very friendly, explained what was going on, and was very quick in completing the service.
Could not ask for a better experience from beginning to end.

Zippity Split was so awesome!!! I have an old house that has cast iron drains. I called Zippity Split to come out and give an estimate on how much it would cost to replace the drains. Jeremy was so thorough with the inspection and even ran some cameras down our drains at no cost to do an assessment. After he finished he presented me with some affordable price options for fixing the pipes and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. I definitely recommend them for any big fixes. They are extremely thorough and very reasonably priced.

We had them come out and fix our drains at Chadwell Supply and I was so happy that I referred Zippity Split to my mom and dad Where they set up an appointment with Shelly Kelley and got some work done at their home.
