We had a leak in in our washer drain since it was very clogged up and made our house a mess. Called bunch of places to shop around and end up with these guys. They took care of it the same day and it was amazing and they were actually nice people compare to other plumbers I've seen.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.

Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

They are amazing. We were having a family gathering and out of the blue my kitchen was under water due to pipe being broken. I immediately looked up a plumbing company on google and called them up. They were super professional and after talking with them, I immediately felt at ease. They understood the circumstances and scheduled someone to come over as soon as possible before my guests started coming over. Everything looks amazing and I must credit all that to this friendly and professional crew. Thank you so much and bless up.

Was very pleased with Mark and Danny. I received a quote very quickly and they were on time. They replaced 4 stuck valves, added a recirculation pump to my water heater, updated the clothes washer connection (it was very outdated), and fixed the kitchen sink drain line. I do not rate many companies with 5 stars. So, 4 stars is high praise from me. One minor issue, that was quickly resolved before they left. That said, I would call them again.

Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order.The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

My son discovered a leak from a water valve that feeds the toilet in the master bath. I called just before lunch on a Friday and Mark was able to fit us into the schedule on very short notice. He arrived about 1.5 hours later and replaced the leaking valve and another old valve that I asked about. He was clean, polite, professional, and he charged a very fair price, while demonstrating the skill that comes with years of practice. He was honestly a pleasure to work with. I very strongly recommend him. This is an older house and I will keep his card on the fridge and his contact in my phone. I know we will be in great hands on our next plumbing job. 5 out of 5, recommend!
