I've used Mike with Local Leaders Plumbing for several jobs at my house. Recently, I was getting some remodeling done at my house and I needed a plumber on Saturday. Mike was able to accommodate us and came over quickly so my tile installers could continue with their job. He was able to cap off all of our plumbing lines and also prepare for a quick installation once the job was done. He always does an excellent job and we will continue to use him. I recommend him highly.

I had NO idea who to use for my tankless water heater maintenance. I am in a new build and have a Rinnai system.
Rinnai has a 800 number where you can find service companies who are familiar with their system. They were the first to pop up, however, I checked out SEVERAL and Mike was the only one who took the time to explain the entire process to me. Meagan was awesome setting everything up. I highly recommend their services when you are in need of any plumbing issues. I will totally use them again for other needs.

Used them years ago, ripped us off .
They quoted a fix price, but kept changing the amount as the found it was more work than they thought.

I can live with that, but then they hit the neighborhood gas line with their backhoe and got shutdown, had to come back the next day, take safety training etc....
They added that mess to the bill.

These guys were my heroes today. Our water heater blew out this afternoon and the house was a mess. They showed up asap with a new water heater, installed it perfectly...all with a friendly attitude. Would definitely call them again. Thanks guys!

Really great service. Jason was very efficient, personable, and best of all, persistent about fixing a very tough leak in our backyard. I'm not sure what the technical term was for our particular plumbing problem, but I know it involved scary power tools, rotten pipes and lots and lots of mud. But Jason did a wonderful job! Moon Valley... plumbing with aplomb!

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. Travis and his crew are great. They have replaced an outside hose bib, water heater and fixed a couple of water hookups under my kitchen sink. Both on short notice and for reasonable prices, quality of work is high and comparable to more expensive plumbers. I called three and went with Moon Valley - they just came across as plumbers, not salesmen.

These guys are AMAZING! I just called Moon Valley Plumbing today because my hot water heater literally exploded. I had no idea what to do and my entire balcony was being flooded with water.

The lady who took my call (Pam) was so helpful and nice and got someone out to me in literally a few minutes.

Kenny, the technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my options and gave me really good advice on what I needed to do and even a referral for someone to come dry out the room so I didn't have to deal with mold. He didn't try to gouge or up-sell me on anything and went out and bought spare parts that I needed for me because I wasn't sure of what to get.

I'm blown away by this company. Everyone I spoke to was fantastic and the experience literally could not have been better. They took a really negative situation and made it a positive experience for me. I'm grateful and could not recommend them more. Thank you Moon Valley Plumbing!

Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!

Alex at Moon Valley to the rescue!!! The toilets at our rental home were backing up into the house. We made the mistake of calling a different company claiming 24/7 emergency repair. 5 days later all they had done was dig a big hole and abandon the job. I called Moon Valley who sent out Alex. He told me he could do the job the next day. As promised, he showed up like the cavalry first thing in the morning, and with superior equipment, manpower and professionalism went straight to the problem and had it all repaired in hours!!! Words cannot capture what a big deal Alex and the whole crew at Moon Valley were for us. Absolute 5 star experience the best way to say it is they have my plumbing business from now on!!!!!

I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? All found with Moon Valley!
