Dustin was polite, professional, explained what he was doing and checked in to see if there were any other plumbing concerns or questions. Such a great service person!

Arid was sent out by our home warranty company. The needed repair ended up not being covered, so they gave us a quote for $850 to fix the issue. I asked how long it would take, he said about an hour to an hour and a half. I told him that seemed to be quite high for that amount of time, the part being about $150 and we’d think about it.

I had another licensed plumber come out a couple hours later and fix the situation without needing the $850 repair for $150, and had we needed the same repair, it would have been $385!

I knew I was being ripped off! Make sure you ask them how long the repair will take, as they were definitely ripping us off because we had an urgent situation and had no water to the house. Buyer beware, there’s lots if honest plumbers on Nextdoor who don’t overcharge.

We had a water heater burst and didn’t know where to start with getting it fixed. Chris F came out and was very thorough and clear about what our options were. We had hot water again that day. Great company, super detailed and very well priced compared to who else services my area.

He immediately identified the problem, explained what needed to be done, and was very thorough in fixing it. On top of being highly skilled, he was kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Brad was communicative even regarding his arrival. He had to dig a little to diagnose the probelm but was knowledgable and honest about the possible outcomes and took the time to explain ot all. Once it was diagnosed, he fixed it in a timely manner. He also offered to put those shoe covers on which wasnt necessary but shows his curteous nature which i appreciated. Thank you, Brad. After 11 days without hot water due to issues with the water damage mitigation company, I called the Arid office in tears and asked if they could help me. Shawn came out that same day and hooked up the new water heater. He was also knowledgeable and personable and, besides giving me hot water, for which I was truly grateful, he answered my questions about why there was so much water damage and he also made sure I knew how to take care of the water heater to help it last longer.

I will definitely use Arid Valley's services again.

Our home warranty referred this company. They called and were very nice on the phone and scheduled an appointment with a four hour window. Taking the time off I waited the four and a half hours and no one showed up. I called and they offered to reschedule the next day. I asked if I could get a specific time as not to waste another four hours of my time. The office said they were unable to accommodate that even though they wasted my day.My advice is find another company. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Dustin was awesome! He let me know he was running late and then proceeded to work well past “ quitting time”! He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a definite asset to this company!

We just moved here from Wisconsin and we had no hot water. I made some calls to some plumbers and Mike was the only one who responded. He called me back in less than 30 minutes and I explained the situation. He said he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. He also said on the phone if it was just a matter of starting the hot water heater there would be no charge. It was a little more involved, but he had us up and running in 5 minutes. He wasn’t going to charge me anything because he was gonna jump in his truck and take off. I gave him some cash nonetheless. If I have plumbing issues in the future, Mike will assuredly be the guy I call. Thank you Mike for how responsive you were. My wife was extremely happy that we had hot water!

A hose bib burst today and necessitated an immediate repair. Anthem plumbing arrived within 90 minutes and resolved the issue. Thank you! We’ve used them on three occasions and have always been impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.
