Water heater problem: Pilot light would not stay on.
First off, NO FLAT SERVICE/DIAGNOSTIC FEE!!! 2nd, if it’s not a simple fix, it will be expensive whoever you go with so it’s better when you trust the person, which to #3. Walt, the owner and one man team, was so awesome. Very nice and you can tell wants to do the right thing for his customers. He’s transparent and very thorough. He tries the simple fixes first to save you money. He never tried to get me to buy a new water heater, rather he just explained the pros and cons. He never tried to up sale me and try to get me to buy more things. After trying the simple fixes to no avail and even calling the manufacturer for any ideas, he then proceeded with his initial thought was that it was the gas valve controller (which I saw on my YouTube search was a common problem). When he quoted me the price, I asked “But, if that doesn’t work, you install it then does that mean I still pay that plus anything else after?” He said absolutely not and that you only pay for whatever fixes it. He got the new gas valve thingy, installed it and it worked!! He also secured my drainage pipe to ensure proper drainage if it ever floods and cleaned my burner with no extra charge. Also, we accidentally tripped a switch while was there. My wife went out to the electrical box and couldn’t figure it out so Walt helped her with that. And lastly, when he was done I brought up a concern that we might a leak somewhere because our water gallon usage doubled out of nowhere and instead of saying “well I’ll have to charge you for time or whatever” he proceeded to give me tips of how to find the leak and went over his process and what I could do to avoid another costly repair. Instead of walking away, he said let’s take a look at your water meter, we couldn’t find it at first but Walt did. It was buried under my gravel so he went to his truck, grabbed a shovel, unburied it, and then explained to me how the water meter works. If I can’t find the leak with his simple steps, I will for sure call him to find it and fix it because he could have easily turned it into another service call so he could get more money. My wife and I were very impressed and happy with the experience! Thank you Walt!

I decided to install an RO system. Seemed easy enough. I started on Friday night and quickly realized that due to my pipes, I was going to need assistance. On Saturday I contacted Smiley plumbing and was told someone would be there in one hour. Walt was there in about 40 minutes. He was kind and professional. He let me know the cost up front and took care of our system. While present, a concern about our disposal was made. We just moved into a new build and the previous tech left a plastic cover in the disposal. Walt was able to use a special tool and remove this. He was kind and did not charge for this. He helped to make sure our system worked prior to leaving. I appreciate Walt's assistance in this manner. Although this was not an emergency, he was quick to arrive and help take care of this work on a Saturday when he had other things to do. I recommend Walt and Smiley Plumbing.

Walt provides on time delivery, high quality customer service, with a wonderful attitude. Not only did he complete his job in a timely manner, he took time out of his day to instruct us on how to shut the water off in the case of a leak to prevent flooding. He was very personable, if we could give Walt ten stars, we would. I strongly recommend Walt and Smiley Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Walt did another superb job. Had to replace handle cartridges in shower & tub and they were a mess. They are now like brand new. Last time he changed out the insides of both toilet tanks and they are still working well. He has kept the plumbing in my home working well for over 25 years and he does quality work with quality parts. Thank you so much for always going the extra step to make sure the job is well done.

Walt has done great plumbing work for me recently and I am impressed with his work and how clean he is. He is very nice and honest and prices were reasonable. I would recommend Smiley Plubming to friends and family for sure!

Walt is amazing! He came within a couple hours of my call about our clogged toilet. We had him look at a couple other things while he was here. He explained the issue and our options. He is so kind. Our kitty just loved him. Walt did a great job, did it in a good time, and he kept budget in mind. We are definitely going to have him back to do some more work. So impressed!

We first found Euro Plumbing, LLC when we had a leaking pipe at home. As first-time homeowners, we were nervous about the cost, but Shawn came out quickly, fixed the leak, and even installed a shutoff valve to make sure we got the best value for the service call. Since then, whenever we’ve had plumbing problems, we've always called them. A while later, we lost water pressure and reached out again. They figured out we needed a new water heater, and after installing it, everything worked perfectly. When our water bills were higher than usual this summer, they came out and discovered the outdoor spigot had a slow leak. They repaired it and also cleared out a clogged drain while they were here. We really appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone has been. Eugene always takes time to explain what’s going on and makes sure we know how to prevent future plumbing issues, which is important in the Arizona heat. Our dogs love having the techs over, and the team always treats us like family. We highly recommend them for their honest pricing and excellent work. They have truly helped turn our fixer-upper into a comfortable home, and we’re grateful for their reliable service every time.

​I recently had a new garbage disposal installed by Mr. Sharp, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.
​Mr. Sharp arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the features of the new unit and ensured that everything was sealed perfectly to prevent any future leaks. I was particularly impressed by how clean he left the workspace—you’d never even know he was under the sink!

Dustin really knew his stuff and replaced my garbage disposal with ease. Job well done. He arrived during the scheduled times, and explained everything thoroughly, particularly if I wanted to replace (with no charge) my existing garbage disposal or upgrade - my choice without any pressure from him. I’d use Arid plumbing again without blinking.

We just recently started using them as a vendor at our apartment community in North Phoenix and so far we have had 3 plumbing repairs completed by them and it has been a great experience so far. Jen and few of the technicians we have had the pleasure of working with did an amazing job at communicating and providing updates, which is not a very common practice. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
