They come out for a $79 service fee, way over quote for the repair, know that nobody will pay that kind of money, and then still charge the $79 service Fee. Scam artists!! I would not use or recommend this company!!

He gets two stars because he did show up and it was after hours. He advertises his hours are from 7 to 7, but claims 5pm on Saturday is after hours. He wanted 975. to do what another plumber did 30 minutes later for 375. I understand making money and getting paid to work, but I do not understand gouging people in a hardship situation.

Awful! Complete scammers. Took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her a ridiculous amount of money to repair her water heater. Avoid this company! Complete jerk when we tried to find out exactly what he was doing and why he was charging almost $900 to repair an old water heater.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Came out on Sunday over Memorial day weekend and found the leak inside my wall. Fixed it quick and gave good advice for prevention and other repair tips.

Walt came out immediately on a miserable, rainy night to assist my elderly mother with a sewer back up into her home. He identified and addressed the issue and was kind to her. He worked with her insurance carrier to explain the details of what he found and was instrumental in getting her claim covered (you want a knowledgeable plumber when working with insurance carriers these days and even then, insurance companies hate to cover water/sewerage claims). We have had him come back out to her house proactively, to auger all her lines again so this situation never repeats, replace lines to her dishwasher, re-seat or replace toilets, change out valves under sinks, etc. Based on his work for mom, we called him this week to find a leak in our own home, that three prior plumbers had been unable to locate- he did not disappoint. He found and repaired the leak and cleaned up every area in which he worked- a contractor who cleans up after himself is unheard of anymore. Walt is the best plumber with whom I've ever had contact- completely professional, deeply experienced, dogged in diagnosing and addressing the issues, and a good human. Good plumbing is costly but without good diagnosis and repair, there will be more bills, headaches and disruption to one's life later. You want the best plumber you can get and Walt is that plumber!!
